Great experienceFrom reviewing the options, suggesting the tours and free time option to recommending great places to eat the agency is top notch. The travel itself went as planned, with proactive communications about transfers, guides, drivers, times and contact numbers. Tour guides are excellent, knowledgeable and fun.
Great service and amazing experiance
Zicasso was extremely useful in helping us find a local travel expert who could arrange unique experiences that would otherwise be very difficult to arrange on our own. We used Zicasso on 6 different occasions and each experience was easy, efficient, and successful.
Zicasso provided us with 2 travel agents that were able to suggest itineraies for a trip to India. It made it easy for us to compare the different stops, hotels and pricing for the trip. We ended up using the Zicasso app to communicate with our travel agent that we chose and had a very positive experience on the trip. First time using Zicasso -would highly recommend it.

An excellent experience. The organization was seamless. All on time, good guides and drivers. Special trips were well chosen and there was a constant interaction with the our travel organizers so that we were able to change and modify the visits.
Zicasso gave me 2 very appropriate travel agents to compare their plans. It was easy to decide who fit our needs and Sabrewing did an outstanding job making our trip adventurous and delivered all our high points. They connected with us regularly and during our trip. Due to weather they had to change all our arrangements which they did efficiently and cheerfully! I would highly recommend them!

This was our 4th trip with Zicasso and, like the others, it was fully customized, absolutely fantastic, and unforgettable. We were so well taken care of. Even being back home for a few weeks now, I’m still constantly thinking about how fun and unique this experience was. Morocco isn’t easy to navigate and Zicasso, Samir and their whole team expertly guided and educated us on the special history, culture, food, traditions, and sites of this beautiful country. Prior to the trip, Zicasso was super helpful in their suggestions of what sites and experiences were must-haves... we wouldn't have known where to start.We started in Marrakech and had both night, day, and food tours in the medina. It was immersive and interesting, almost an assault on the senses, all super cool experiences. We learned about the different cultural influences through the centuries and our guides were truly experts in their historical and local knowledge. The street food night tour was an evening to remember, sampling all sorts of local foods at places that would be impossible to find on Google. After our days in Marrakech, we traveled around Morocco for several days, passing through the High Atlas Mountains to Ouarzazate, Skoura Oasis, Merzouga and the Sahara, then followed by 2.5 days in Fes, another cultural gem. It was an unforgettable journey, filled with highlights:- The boutique hotel in a literal oasis was beautiful and so well appointed – such friendly staff and owners and perfect food. Very posh!- Ait Ben Haddou (kasbah) was like nothing we’d ever seen – no wonder it has been used in so many films. Our private guide there has been in nine movies!- The Sahara trek was unbelievable and my personal highlight… I almost still can’t believe it. A 1 hour guided walk on a camel (they were friendly!), stopped to watch a beautiful sunset and the whole scene and sand flowing on the dunes reminded me of the Dune movies, and then the moon literally rose on the opposite horizon as the sun was setting. It was magic. Then another 30 minutes on the camels under moonlight to our luxury camp. I say “camp” but the small restaurant was deluxe and our tent was warm, luxurious and of course had a full regular bathroom. So not exactly “camping”!- Fes was super interesting and our driver and guide ensured we saw so much of what makes Fes the cultural capital. Our Riad there (and Marrakesh) was absolutely beautiful, capturing the unique art style, detail, and architecture that they are famous for... we've never stayed in places like this.- We had a private driver throughout, in addition to local guides, which took any stress out of the trip and all logistics. Amazing.This was overall such a fun experience that will stay with me forever. We’ve recommended Morocco to many since returning. We couldn't have done this without Zicasso.
We have taken two large family bucket list trips through Zicasso, one to Australia and one to Antarctica and South America. Both were perfect and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a custom planned vacation, you can't do any better than Zicasso.

I got 3 great proposals, chose one, customized it, great trip. I have traveled Tauck and others. Not near as good as the personal touch and ability to set my own itinerary I got with Zicasso.

We found your company online purely by accident. In February we made contact, hoping to schedule our trip in November. We liked that you sent 2 travel agencies our interest in travel to New Zealand. From there we received phone calls so they could find out our likes and dislikes so an itinerary could be set up specifically for us. All correspondence went through Zicasso and questions were answered in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful, once in a lifetime trip.
Our trip was spectacular and magical! My adult son (who was comfortable driving there) and I traveled to New Zealand from November 8 through November 23, 2025. When planning, I purchased the Lonely Planet book to help me decide locations. Since we were mainly interested in nature, we focused on the bountiful nature of South New Zealand. I then looked for a local company that could work with me and sent them the many places mentioned as the most beautiful places inaccessible on large tours. They worked with us every step of the way to find out-of-the-way beautiful places and learning experiences.Their itinerary even gave a lot of information about favorite things to do on our own in each area, in between our excursions. Each excursion was extraordinary-beautiful, fun, informative, and very well managed by the local guides. Since we went in their late spring, the flowers everywhere were in full bloom and most spectacular. We would rate the tour operator with a 10 out of 5!Diane and Sean
