The vitamin C gummies taste different, and look a little different than before. Please change back to old formula. They used to taste so delicious. I am not sure if I got a bad batch, but does not taste very good as before. Tastes super artificial orange flavoring, even the texture is different when chewing. Has anyone else experienced this?
They label many of their products as 'gluten free,' but they are NOT gluten free! I've gotten very ill from their supplements due to cross contamination and/or company negligence.
quality of products - what do I know I am not a chemist - but this last order - they use the post office and my product was an hour away at one point. Then it was three hours away in the other direction in another state - and it was there for two days - and now it is back an hour away - I suggested to the service rep that they start using FedEx or UPS - the post office can't be trusted - and the product - if I am affected by heat and cold certainly the quality of the ingredients of the product I ordered is also affected - time spent in truck - was it sitting in truck over weekend - was it taken inside was it then put back outside - how many times was it cold and how many times was it room temp and what effect does these variations have on product - so while I don't hold Zhou totally responsible they are the ones who are choosing to use post office which - in all honesty so does the wonderful caring VA with sensitive meds - and the same thing happens - but common sense would tell me that supplements and meds and health products should be taken care of a little bit better than freezing temps -- right now I don't know where my product is besides the USPS thing saying it is an hour away - for about a day now - and if you are the sender you can call in and find out what is going on and Zhou has not done that on my behalf and there is no one I can call because I am not the sender - so I am disappointed and in the future some of the other places that sell the same supplements and use FedEx or UPS will be my first choice - I guess if you feel like your product you order will not be affected by cold and heat - and you can get a discount - then Zhou is for you - but otherwise I am going to have to pass on doing any more business with them.
Great products, better prices than I've seen elsewhere and awesome customer service. I've been using this site for almost a year now and a few times I have had a question and did customer service email. Every time I get an answer almost immediately, and the answer is totally on target!
I have been keto for 1.5 yrs and decided to try this product. Took urin test before registered negative, had ONE DRINK 1 scoop in water and an hour later registered moderate ketones. Amazing went and pushed work out had natural energy 0 coffee needed. Felt amazing!
Amazing service! I made an order, unfortunately I miss typed my house number. Received and alert that it was marked returned to sender. I emailed Zhou and explained what had happened. Less than an hour later I received and email that my order had been refilled and was ready to ship. Before even receiving package back. I thought this screw up was going to push it out 2 weeks. Super happy with the service. Also quality supplements.
