Water always shut off, harassment
We always have water breaks & water is constantly shut off, then we smell bleach for several days afterward. Water just cannot be potable here! I buy bottled water and have had to go to DR about the rash all over my back.They removed all the playground equipment, yet still call it a child’s playground on MH Village website.I am constantly harassed! Have been here 20+ years, and this February I received a violation for not powerwashing my house this year! The year/lease was only 2 months old! I called several companies to powerwash, and they refused to do it until late May. They also change management people here about every 2 years. It’s awful!!

Lived in there weatherstone village park in indiana , terrible management , they try to micro manage your whole life if you live there they want there trailers to look like no one lives there tell you to remove anything you have outside , tell you can't have lawn furniture , no outside grills , they do not take care of there own land like they should , will not repair any of there broken concrete , had sewage issues with them for years they did not fix the issue till years later even after being told by the state to fix the issue . Honestly terrible company to buy from . I no longer live there an so thankful for it cause they think they are above the state an local laws . I hope they company closes up terrible place

Poor Management
I cannot in good conscience advise anyone to purchase a home in a Zemen Park. The management in our park is a member of a clique of a small number of residents who are doing everything in their power to defeat the elected HOA. She is constantly taking amenities from the residents saying it’s not in the budget. Protect your investment and look elsewhere . We thought we were investing in a great place but it turned into a large disappointment. The manager spends her time out to restaurants and at parties with some residents and ignore the problems she creates.

Zeeman home management is poor
In a 55+ community in Naples Disappointed in how Zeeman property management cares for the residents. Water is shut off all day 9-5 3 days in a row to fix poor water issues in the park Then right before thanksgiving water is off again all week We are a park with many elderly people they really don’t care Poor upkeep on a very nice club house Can’t use the kitchen they keep all of the cabinets locked and office has the keys to use them

We are supposed to be a 55+ community, with a minimum age of 40 for other occupants, and they keep letting in residents adult children that are not 40.

Zeman Homes does not care about you.
In order to post this review, I had to give them one star, but they don't deserve it.I LOVE my neighbors and if you want to live here, just buy from an owner who has fixed everything without the help of Adventure or Zeman management.After living here one year and requesting my car port to be completed numerous times, they finally did it. Why the delay? They said they lacked workers and supplies due to COVID. HOWEVER, the house on the next block was completed 6 weeks before mine and no one lives there!!!!I talked to Danielle at the Corporate Office after getting ZERO respect from the local office in Chesterfield, MI. She was yelling at me through the phone! Not one word of apology or empathy.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Borderline abusive and will squeeze you for every penny they can! Not only tenants, but applicants as well! They consistently intervened in the sale of our mobile home. We spent over 6 months trying to get someone approved. Over 30 applicants later, someone got a denial and contested it. They had no reason the deny her! Now the new tenant is in, they are STILL trying to charge us rent!!

my friend lives in the park , speaking of water , has anybody received the water letter ? , your drinking fecal matter contaminated water . the pipes which are leaking are put in the same trench or to near the water pipes which are deteriorated, to point they leak to the water pipes which are old, thus contaminating your drinking water... class action lawyers instrested ?

Actually I would given them a negative 10. Greed is their first, middle and last name. Staff is extremely rude, inconsistent, untrustworthy and unreasonable on every level. One of the major reasons I and many of my neighbors sold our homes in Punta Gorda is because of Zeman Homes.

(Ed Zeman-owner) Zeman Homes, Inc located at 6547 North Avondale AvenueChicago, IL 60631 owns many communities such as: Blackhawk Estates(DesPlaines, IL), Creek Ridge(Dwight, IL), Rockland(Lake Bluff, IL), Farmington Estates(Park City, IL), Kingsway Estates(Beach Park, IL), Forest View(Loves Park, IL), RoseBud(Bridgeview, IL), Southwest Estates(Worth, IL), Town & Country(Des Plaines, IL), Valley Oaks(Hodgkins, IL), Willoway Terrace(Arlington Heights, IL) along with Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana & Michigan. If you rent a site (or one of their mobile homes) here is what to expect:Late after the 6th day of the month $50 late fee (standard in renting), BUT after the 17th of the month charged an additional $35. Finally after the end of 1 month if rent still not paid then you are charged $650 PLUS (attorney fees and eviction starts).Most of their employees are rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional (the employees will answer your calls on speaker). If you OWN your mobile home they will REMOVE the skirt and enter underneath WITHOUT your permission (trespassing). Zeman will NOT keep grass cut(on regular basis), community plowed when it snows. They only care about the money(NONE of your needs).... IF you owe them money they call you, but if NOT they will ignore ALL your concerns.IF you are renting with Zeman Homes, Inc and having problems of ANY sort I advise you contact the Village, State, County for their assistance in any way. Let's stick together and start contacting the local governmental agencies to STOP these bad tactics. I will be posting to as many sites ALERTING everyone about this A-hole landlord/company.
