Re: Zander Insurance - I wanted to give a big ‘Shout-Out’ for Paxton and Zander Insurance Company as far as their excellent Customer Service and being very patient and willing etc to answer questions no matter how many kept coming their way…. even after closing time…. They definitely do a GREAT job and I liked their handling so much… I think if Paxton (who was helping me) were to give me good enough pricing …. I might start Campaigning for her as the next Georgia ‘Insurance Commissioner!!! Ha !

Be prepared to be harassed
I am very careful about writing negative reviews, as I realize running a business is challenging. However, I feel this needs to be reported. I inquired to just get an estimate on what the cost of life insurance from Zander would be. I thought I was filling out a questionnaire. However, I guess I started an application (which was not my intent). Since then I have been harassed continually to complete the application by phone calls, text messages, and even a mailed letter. I have told them repeatedly I am no longer interested, please take me off your list. Does not work.There is another life insurance company associated with zander (Banner) that is also calling me relentlessly. I am an educated grown up who can make make my own decisions. However, this is not the way I have been treated. This feels like high pressure sales. Be prepared to be harassed if you reach out to them.

They will NOT leave me alone
They will NOT leave me alone. I submitted an app a while ago and have requested over 3 times to never be contacted by them again and I at least get 2-3 calls per week. I even escalated to a manager, recorded the call, and asked one final time to be removed from any solicitation, AND my phone number is on a DNC list. Since then I have been called 2 more times.

We were scammed for $1000
We were scammed for $1000, and when the claim was processed through Assurance (the company Zander uses to process claims), it was denied due to it being a scam and not fraud. We have been members and paying premiums for almost 10 years, and when something finally occurs that we need assistance with (our one and only claim), we are denied. RIDICULOUS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AS WELL!!!! BEWARE!!!

Zander is great!
Helped me get term life insurance and ID theft protection. Followed up throughout the process and made sure I was up to date on everything as it was happening. They are a great help for a sometimes confusing necessity that is term life insurance. Also the ID theft protection is great as well, with a helpful monthly update email from them letting me know if anything has happened with my ID online.
