someone tried to steal my roadrunner V3 and snipped a bunch of wires and cut into my handle bars. Ronnel was extremely helpful and thorough asking for photos to ensure we had all the new parts I needed covered. he even advised me on swapping part of my old V1 handle bars out to replace on my V3. thanks Ronnel! couldn't have been more help.

Jim did a good job assuring me that Voro Motors would make everything right when the shipping company was being pretty weird and vague. At first I was worried my Hyper Scooter was lost (or stolen) in shipping, but Jim let me know that no matter what Voro Motors was going to take care of me and everything would be ok. Scooter showed up the next day. The shipping company is just weird. I got all the emails and notifications (out for delivery, delivered, etc) the day before they actually delivered it. Obviously that's concerning when you're told it's delivered and it's not, but like I said Jim let me know Voro Motors was going to find out where my scooter was and make things right.
