I love this business !
I love this business !! They are always there to help you, every single employee is so patient and passionate about their work. I have been with them for more than a year, and I have never received a better service. They teach you, help you, wait for you and make sure your service is running smoothly. Great Service Great Value
We are a firehouse and looked for a vendor to replace our copper PBX. We are glad we picked Voippbxexpress. They were very reasonably priced, and provided a quality product. They were able to address some special concerns we had related to older firehouse technology. Where they really excel is the service. Very friendly, very supportive, and very prompt if you have a problem.

If you need a phone system, use Voippbxexpress! Scott and his team are top-notch and a pleasure to do business with.We started out as a relatively small office, but have grown significantly over the past 3 years and so did our phone and network complexity. Scott and his team helped us every step of the way.Being a novice in this area, Scott's advice and suggestions helped tremendously. Honest, reliable, and over-delivers. Scott recognized that our firewall was a bit dated. After sending me listings of firewalls that worked best with our set up, he ended up sending us a firewall complimentary! Jacob was essential at solving our problems
Jacob helped us enable 2 telephone ports on our 4-line switch. He explained everything he was doing clearly and concisely, as well as assisted in testing each line one by one to ensure they were all working correctly. Not only did he solve that problem, he also notified me of 2 fans inside the switch that required maintenance. This will save our company time and money replacing those fans now, rather then waiting for them to break and having to buy a whole new system. His advice allows us to take preventative action to avoid a disaster level problem. Thank you for all of your help and I highly recommend their services.

Voip PBX Express has not adopted the idea of post sale mediocrity
As the years in the IT industry pile on I have seen a rapid decline in customer service, post sale. Voip PBX Express has not adopted this idea of mediocrity. Scot, Jane, Jacob and anyone else that has worked here or currently does has always been great. Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Try calling Cisco on a Sunday to get support, you may have to give your left arm. This is not the case with Voip PBX. I have many of these cisco systems throughout WA state and they have always functioned just as they should.In short, affordable enterprise grade equipment and great people to work with. Highly recommended.

Poor technical and customer service...
I honestly don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. We needed a new phone system and eventually found our way to voippbxexpress. From the beginning, there were signs that this company had no attention to detail; incorrect products in the quote, damaged equipment shipped which had to be reshipped and the final nail in the coffin - NO SITE VISIT before installation. This is a company that has you install the phones ON YOUR OWN! Now, I'm an attorney and not a phone installer, so we questioned Conner on several occasions about how difficult this would be, letting them know that down time was a significant concern if things didn't go well. He assured us "a secretary could do it". Regardless, I had two people staffed for the install including our IT pro. On the day of the installation it became clear that the install would fail after about 3 hours as our existing infrastructure did not match with the system they sent us. A site visit or inquiry should have been done BEFORE we started the process. I was unhappy but I understand some things don't always work out... this is where this organization FAILED! They stopped communicating with us and directed us to their "terms and conditions" page. Emails were spotty and short. They then cost me over $500 in fees to return everything; cost me $400 in wasted money to my IT pro and then shorted the refund for the equipment for another $150 because they "don't refund shipping" again directing me to their terms and conditions page. I would stay away from this group - check other sites, their reviews are worse on other sites.

This was a rebuild of a system that had…crashed
This was a rebuild of a system that had gone down,with very little information Jacob did an excellent job of rebuilding the files and reconfiguring the system. We had some problems after start up and he was able to work through those problems .We appreciate the excellent service,thank you cliff

Jacob helped me install a new Autoattendant board. He was very patient and good at explaining the steps. He then did the configuration on the system. He took his time, explained all the options to me, and was patient with getting the system up and running. I was happy with the service from him.

Jacob and Connor have been great to deal with. I would have rated the company 5 stars except several times I called and wasn't able talk to someone (even a support person) immediately on any phone number I called for the company. Calls are returned but the back and forth communication can create delays in getting things accomplished.

Excellent Customer & Technical Support
I have bought several Cisco phone systems from Voippexpress and they have never failed in their delivery. equipment shipped promptly, installation support is readily available, all with great prices. Programming of the system was a breeze as the technician really knew the system and even when a problem ariese he had a quick work around to achieve the required solution. a very pleasant experience from my end.
