VNCC Changed My Life — 5 Stars

Take the first step and contact this amazing team. I applied for VA benefits in 2012 and again in 2013, and was awarded only 10% while the rest of my claims were denied. After that, I gave up.In 2022, I learned about VNCC and decided to reach out. I was connected with an advisor, and he was truly amazing—caring, compassionate, and understanding. He took the time to listen, fully understood my previous denials and medical conditions, and guided me through submitting my claims again, this time with the proper evidence needed for the medical evaluator and rater to clearly recognize the severity of my health issues. In less than 18 months, I went from 10% to 100% P&T. It could have happened sooner, but I was slow in getting everything together—and once again, VNCC was there to help and support me through the process.VNCC genuinely changed my life. Take the first step and allow them to change yours too.

The VNCC delivered as promised

The VNCC delivered as promised. Staff was very patient and professional when assisting me with navigating through my VA claim process. I’ve already recommended VNCC to several friends, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help navigating their VA claims.

Highly recommend VNCC

I’m currently working with Amy, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I previously had a 10% rating and spent years trying to increase it on my own with no success. When I filed a new claim, it was closed two days later. Amy stepped in, spoke on my behalf, and got it reopenedI’ve already recommended VNCC to several family members, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help navigating their VA claims.

Thanks to their support, I reached 100%, providing not only financial relief but also a profound sense of validation. For any veteran in need of assistance with VA benefits, I wholeheartedly recommend them for their dedication, expertise, and advocacy.

Real Veterans=Real Results

"Real Veterans=Real Results" Words will be enough for my gratitude for DP and Brian and the rest of the VNCC family. Real People,Real Veterans that actually understand the frustration that comes with trying to get service connected for physical and mental injuries from service It was clear from DP's tiktok videos that this was not about making money as his team and him provides free videos on multiple platforms and invite people to the Live Wednesday Evening virtual classes where they share free information and you get to hear from the entire VNCC family and past clients and also new people that get to ask questions and see if VNCC is right for them. Brian gave me a personal plan to combat the VBA and was prepared when the denial came he was right there ready with another plan and it worked the VBA actually wrote in my decision letter that they messed up and overlooked the medical evidence in my records!!!! I will continue to attend the Wednesday Evening classes and look to help other veterans that are in the situation I was in and help anyway I can with VNCC this is a company with a passion to share knowledge with other veterans and families.

I can’t recommend vncc enough.

I can’t recommend vncc specifically Brian lofton enough. He went above and beyond and the level of transparency and communication is probably the best customer service ive received. Brian was patient and answered all of the “why’s “ in a way I understood. After trying other companies/services I became kinda jaded and skeptical but decided to give vncc a try and boy am I glad. I wouldn’t have been able to get to 100% p&t without them. I’ve been fighting the va since 2017 and was repeatedly denied. Brian knew exactly how to get an approval and made the entire process seamless and easy. Another thing I enjoyed was the educational piece of the c&p prep zoom meetings. They helped a ton. If you’re tired of searching and hitting dead walls please contact this company. My self and my family are forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

VNCC Cares and fights for Veterans

I just wanted to take some time to convey my appreciation and gratitude for this organization, and didn't know the best way to do it. So, thought I'd post here. Specifically for Amy Nicole Lacy. She fought for me. Fought hard. And, recently won. It has been such a long battle that I gave up years ago. This person did not. This post is only to highlight how grateful I am for people like Amy in this world and to tell my story for reference. If you care for more , please continue to read. If not, just know this organization cares for the veteran. Super hard to find true care like this.I served as a Sniper in the Infantry in the 2000's with 101st Airborne Division. Most of my combat time was a part of the surge in the front lines of Afghanistan in the Arghandab River Valley. I suffered some superficial wounds throughout the deployment, but the remote location coupled with only a platoon of personnel made it difficult for any treatment for non-life threatening injuries. The ole "life, limb, eyesight" adage. Long story short: One unfortunate morning, I was the target of an IED during an enemy ambush in the valley. This time, part of my face was ripped off along with the tip of my nose, lost eyesight in my right eye, and a large hole in my throat, etc. I was medevac'd after the battle and flown to the hospital. It was a long road to recovery with such a severe head wound. I had to undergo cognitive therapy, speech therapy, etc. Re-learn some skills. Had a great surgeon fix my face with only small scarring left behind except for the throat since they left the shrapnel in and sowed over it. I was forced to leave the infantry due to my injuries. In spite of this, I decided to continue to better myself. After 7 years, I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree and found a good job. After 10 years, I started a family with my wife. Through all of this I still struggled with severe PTSD, vertigo, migraines, puking fits, balance, severe depression, survivor's guilt, and all the cliche crap we endure. It never improved, but I did. I found ways to live with it and succeed. I found ways to not let the voices convince me to just end it. End the misery right now.The VA continued to set yearly appt's and track my health. Nothing changed. Except the fact that I was finding ways to support my family and secure a future for them outside the military. Seeing this the VA decided to decrease my percentage and take away more benefits over time. I continued to fight and maintain my percentage and disability benefits. Documented and provided dozens of medical reports over the years from my doctors clearly showing health is not only not better but deteriorating. Even showing high risk of early on set dementia with my memory loss. They didn't care. I lost my benefits.Amy Nicole Lacy hears my story in 2022, and takes it upon herself to fight and right the ship. By this time I'm checked out and ready to quit life. Well, this week, we just got confirmation that everything is back and the ship has been righted. All in thanks to Amy and this organization. I cannot express enough how grateful I am, and how exhausting it has been the last 13 years. The amount of stress and weight from this has finally been lifted. Finally, tears of joy. Thank you.

Over 4 years of true compassion and support

VNCC is a great VA Claim disability claim advisor, but they are so much more. They have become good friends at a time when I desperately needed personal connections. Particularly VNCC leadership has proven themselves to be leaders of vision and compassion. Even after I was awarded 100% P&T, 3 VNCC members drove over 300 miles round-trip in one day to visit me in the hospital where I was recovering from a fractured hip and shoulder. They provide continual support with their Wednesday and Friday virtual meetings as well as other TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram posts frequently. They help me get to 100% P&T and continued to reach out to me in fellowship and friendship. They continue this support to veterans because of veritable altruism without hope of monetary incentive. I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with VNCC. They are highly trustworthy without hidden agendas. Thank God for Veterans Network Champions Club. Other groups I worked with were no longer interested in me after they got paid. VNCC is the real deal.

I tried many different things before…

I tried many different things before finding Veterans Network. First I did my own research; while I learned the basics, I felt like I was trying to represent myself in court and decided I just wanted an expert attorney to help me.Next, I tried a VSO, and they weren't much help at all - they were like a newbie public defender. So I went with a professional. After a bad experience with a couple of the big-name companies (namely getting treated like just another number, horrible responsiveness and attention), I found Veterans Network. With their help and my head start, I was able to supercharge my claim and not keep getting the runaround. There's an overload of information online about disability claims, and Brian helped me cut out all the noise and just focus on telling my story in a way the VA could understand and actually use to rate.
