Belt Clip - Motorola CP-100d
I work for Costco and my belt clip had broke, they didn’t have anymore so I ordered a replacement from a couple other places only to get the incorrect belt clip for my Motorola CP-100d.Ordered from Two Way Radio Center and the order shipped the next day and arrived on timeand was the correct belt clip.Thanks for your service

Never received what I ordered!
I ordered a base unit and wall plug unit for a Standard Horizon VHF Handheld. I received the base unit but no wall plug. When I inquired about the plug someone named "billy" at a completely different email domain replied, "Yeah, we probably should have held that until we had both". He said the plug would ship in two days. Two weeks later, still no plug. I inquired again, no response. They are either incredibly incompetent or fraudulent. BEWARE!

Two Way Radio Center has been our go-to for Motorola radios. When I went to order more today, I was informed by Adrianne that my model was back ordered until December. She recommended a newer model that would be compatible with our current system. Customer service was fast and top-notch. I would recommend TWRC to anyone who asks!

Ordered 2 radios mid-June. It's been 2 months. No order acknowledgement or update. However, my cc was charged at POS. A simple update from Customer Service would be great. I am a purchaser and have never experienced this level of CS before. Need to move on and request a full refund!!!!
