I bought a ticket for the Lady Gaga concert from this website, and it turned out to be a complete scam. After paying, I never received my ticket. I spent weeks emailing their support with no real solution, and because of their incompetence I missed the concert entirely.This company caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and ruined an experience I was really looking forward to. Completely unreliable and absolutely not recommended.

FYI: This company also goes by Guide and Go. Booked a 2-hour kayak trip while in Ireland on vacation. Tried to cancel on their site according to their 24-hour cancelation policy, and had trouble connecting to the internet with my phone. Because of this, my cancelation did not go through until 3 minutes into the 24-hour period. I have tried to email these people several times to discuss this, but they NEVER respond. All I get is an automated email saying that they will respond shortly, but they never do. I feel I have been robbed of over $120. Stay away from this horrible company!

Stay clear of Tix Travel Group and all of their sub companies like Flighttix! We found out that Tix Travel Group is the owner of FlightTix.Tired of repeated attempts to get a trip, that was cancelled due to Corona, in place.We find that Flighttix is incredibly difficult to work with. We had a trip in the spring of 2020 that was canceled due to Corona. Here we got a voucher and rebooked the trip for the spring of 2021. Here we had to "cancel" the trip ourselves, which was renamed "open" because the plane flew, but we were not allowed entry to the USA.The process of rebooking once again is extremely difficult and the correspondences and action from Flighttix is unsatisfactory. And you can NOT call anyone.We feel "jammed" again and again, despite the fact that we have tried to rebook this last trip to April 2022, since May 28, 2021.The only answer we have received to our attempt at rebooking is that it will cost us an additional 441 Euro per person. person to rebook. So, our trip will be twice as expensive as first assumed and Flighttix is now trying to earn around Euro 1,750.- on a trip to the original price of approx. Euro 1,614.- where they have already received Euro 430 for first rebooking!All we want is our trip, but in lack of that happening, we just want our money back!
