Twenty minutes just trying to contact a rep. They don't answer their phones, I guess. I wouldn't advise anybody to buy things from this company.

Finger weg von diesem Hersteller!!🇺🇸 I bought the Thermaltake AX700 tower as a brand new item via Amazon, a supposed high-end super tower. What I got delivered was scrap metal “Made in China”, with deep scratches several centimeters long in prominent places on the top, front, and sides, which someone had attempted to cover up in an amateurish way with solvent and black marker! The HDD mounts are made of fragile plastic and wobble back and forth in the cage, so the quality is disappointing here too! I replaced it via Amazon, and again received what was obviously a production reject or second-hand stuff, for which even the term “B-grade goods” is too generous! So I got another tower that was scratched on all sides, and again the paint had been damaged with solvent, apparently in a pathetic attempt to cover up the scratches. Since this is now the second time I've received this scrap, it's obviously a systematic issue! The manufacturer's German representative advertises its “eRMA” service on its website, but the Thermaltake Germany GmbH employee signing as “RMA/Support Manager Europe” initially denied any responsibility. After lengthy discussions, he offered to process a warranty claim and send a return label, but then refused again in an increasingly arrogant tone. After my warning to take legal action in case, he relented, but not without pointing out that he was doing so “as a gesture of goodwill” and that the warranty provided by the warranty card and on their website would be purely voluntary. After two weeks, I politely inquired about the status of the matter and once again received the arrogant reply, literally: “Unfortunately, Uwe Martens is not the only customer whose wishes need to be fulfilled.” So I would have to continue waiting indefinitely. It's obvious that the manufacturer is selling undeclared B-grade items via Amazon and is neither willing nor able to deliver a flawless replacement! Stay away from this manufacturer!!

Unresponsive support. I Tried several times to contact them for a broken tempered glass panel on my case, but I never received any answer. This is totally unacceptable for such a company. I am really disappointed and upset by this situation.

Think twice before you buy anything with a brand name THERMALTAKE unless you are absolutely sure you will never need any warranty work or RMA service.Under warranty I spent $44 out of pocket for shipping a defective power supply only to have them pretend they are shipping a replacement. 15 days later the tracking number they provided only shows "Shipper created a shipping label, carrier does NOT have the package" message.Oldest trick in the EBay Book of sellers.I have called them 5 times, they initially blamed it on UPS for failing to scan it properly and assured me it was shipped. A week later admitted it was an oversight and it was going out "TODAY". That was three days ago and it is still not shipped. I offered to have it overnighted at MY EXPENSE, they said they are not set up to accept credit cards.STILL WAITING.NOTE: If anyone thinks I am exaggerating, before you think about buying anything from them, Google "Thermaltake RMA Sucks", and read... about the experiences of others.
