Awful experience!! I paid £45 for a IPhone 15 case for it to have a wonky heart stuck to it, covered in glue, it honestly looks like a 4 year old made it at playgroup!!! I’ve been ignored ever since! Do not purchase from this low budget scamming so called company!!!

This place is garbage bought speakers on eBay , seller never shipped, had to involve eBay to get a refund!!! Seller kept dragging feet on refund!!!

Never, never again.. I almost make a trip to Gardena, CA (their location)
They sold me a refurbished amp that looked like it had been through the ringer.... 2 times. The power and ground inputs had ben melted, and one of the RCA ports was bent so I could not input a right RCA. Called for a week for a label to return, and I finally got it. They got the amp back and said their tech looked and said everything was fine. Then the said that it was damaged due to my mishandling. I took it out of the box.. looked at it and put it back in the box... none of it was mine fault. They to TAKE A 25% restock fee on a product that had death before arrival. My card company and I fought for my $600 back for 6 months, and I finally got my WHOLE REFUND! Please do not support these hooligans and their shenanigans. The product that I bought was the Orion HCCA2500.1

I told them that found a radio (XO Vision XD107BT Car Stereo MP3/FM Receiver with Bluetooth) for $20 at Wal-Mart and they sell it for $30 on their eBay store, and they started harassing me and sending me nasty messages to my account on eBay. I will AVOID buying anything from them in the future.

I previously purchased from Techronics without issue and had a great experience so I came back. Several years have past since I last bought and didn't expect this level of pour service.
I placed my order and let a few days go buy to receive and order status and a notification of how much shipping was going to be. Never received a status so I called the 877 number and never got through to a live person. When I attempted to leave a message every single extension (1,2,3,4,5) had no room to leave a message. I left a message via their contact us page and promptly received and payment request for shipping. I paid right away. Several days pasted and still no status updates on my order.
Again I attempted to call with no avail. I also left several message via their contact us page and I sent several emails.....They never reached out to me to provide an update.
Finely I contacted PayPal to initiate a claim requesting my order or a refund. Several hours after the claim went in I was refunded the full amount.
The moral of the story is, stay away. They are willing to take your money and thats it. Its sad because they have great prices.

NOTHING IN STOCK-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-HARD TO GET REFUND
I purchased an Earthquake DBXI 10" Subwoofer that the techronics site had listed as "IN STOCK". I paid on September 28 2014 and waited for the confirmation email and tracking number. After 5 days it still said "pending" on my order when my payment was processed immediately through Paypal. I called customer service and was told that there was a note in my order from management and the representative would call me back. He never did. I called again the following business day and was told the same....and again-nobody returned my call. Day 7 I called again and was told that the item was out of stock and *IF* they could contact another vendor, I could get my new subwoofer in 4-6 WEEKS. Unacceptable and I requested a refund. I was told that it was refunded. A day goes by and still no refund. I called again for the 4th time and demanded my money back and was finally refunded my payment. Bottom line-they have NOTHING IN STOCK and will take your money in hopes of finding it after you pay. Be warned about this company website. I have dealt with them on Ebay with great success, but the techronics.com site was a whole other experience. I will never do business with them again.

Very unethical business, poor customer service, having unhappy customers is "fine"
On 9/27/13 I purchased a Kicker PKD1 amplifier installation kit under the impression that it was in stock and would ship on monday 9/30. On Wednesday 10/2 the order still showed pending. I called the company and was told that it would be shipping that day and they would call me back with confirmation and tracking number. I never received a call back and order was not shipped. I called every subsequent business day and had been told either will ship that day or the next and someone will call me back. Neither had happened.
Finally on Tuesday 10/8/13 I called and spoke with a representative named Suzzie and was told the usual excuse that it's shipping that day, they can't get in touch with their shipping dept. but will get the tracking number and call me back. I explained my situation and that I had been told this very thing on numerous occasions and it never ships and no one ever calls me back. I also expressed that I was a very unhappy customer and to which she replied "thats fine."
After such a disdainful comment I called back to speak with a manager to try to get this resolved once and for all as speaking with the customer service representatives was a complete waste of time. At this point I was finally told that they do not have the item and can not get it. Naturally they were pretty well set on sending any other inferior item that they had as a substitute. This does not work for me and ultimately we agreed that best resolution would be to cancel my order and refund me in full for this item.
Though Techronics.com feels it's "fine" to have unhappy customers, this unhappy consumer does not.
