Communication breakdown
I looked over the technical drawing on the website which was all laid out numerically. Found the numbers I needed and order.It took quite a bit of time for my items to arrive. Immediately on opening the package I new it was the wrong casing for my machine. So I took photos of both the machine with the parts sent next to the machine and sent an email back to the company. I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I appreciate things might go wrong but it's been weeks now and still nothing.This is a machine I use which is a real inconvenience. Jason McKay Trim Yer Bush

Quality Back Up Service
I have owned my Tanaka hedge trimmer for 22 years so I didn't expect to be able to get parts for such an old machine. Tanaka spares had everything I needed as well as sending them very quickly.Once I've fitted the parts I hope it will go on for another 22 years. It's a very high quality engineered machine.

Finding what I needed on the website was easy, ordering it was easy, the price of item and postage was reasonable, the despatch was the same day despite ordering quite late, and the quality of the item and packaging on receipt was strong. What's not to like!? Tanaka made it easy to do business with them.

Tanaka despatched our parcel very quickly. Unfortunately delivery by Parcelforce has been abysmal. 2 weeks after despatch they left the parcel at a post office. We will collect it today.

Just ordered a petty item so ordered two.Expected it to be a couple of weeks, not so arrived within a couple of days and hay presto my Tanaka hedge trimmer is back up and running.By the way this has to be one of the best pull cord hedge trimmers I have used.

The ordering process was easy, feed back was given of my order, my only small comment is that it would improve the whole process if I was aware that the items were not in stock and would need to be obtained. The package was well wrapped when received.
