Tech support specifically Paul, was attentive to my issue and listened to my explanations and she provided detailed photos and videos to clarify questions I had. In the end I wound up upgrading my monitor and Paul helped me with that process. On a few occasions she had to wait for feedback from other techs and was very good about communicating what and when to expect responses. She always called me back as promised. I really appreciate that kind of service. Otherwise, I could have gotten really frustrated. Excellent service Paul! Thank you!

This was a difficult transaction that included a new product rollout that resulted in insufficient inventory to fill an order that was already placed.
