Perfect app for active people

I’ve tried many activity tracking apps, but Strava is by far the best tracker for all types of activities. Whether it’s cycling through scenic countryside routes or hiking in the mountains, it records every workout accurately and beautifully. One of the features I love most is the ability to save the full history of my movements and add photos to my activities. It’s amazing to look back at past rides and hikes, especially those in picturesque locations, and relive those moments. The route functionality is also incredibly valuable — searching for routes, creating your own, and adding new ones is very easy and intuitive. It makes planning new adventures much more convenient and inspiring.Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys staying active and exploring new places!

Strava sucks!!

Strava sucks!!! ...cancel your sub and dont give them any money, they keep flagging my activities for no valid reason, it is very glitchy doesnt show my heart rate and other activitiesyet i have working heart rate monitor and working multiple gps linked to my devices which works but not on strava.certain people are cheating on the segments and have unhuman like times on the leaderboards, the stats are fake.i got threatened by support in the way of being banned for their glitchy software wrongly flagging my activities even though i clearly mark them properly.

Service was truly 2nd to none

Although most of the reviews here are overwhelmingly negative, I had a very positive experience with Strava’s Support Desk. My account was locked after it was announced that logging in with Facebook would be discontinued. Logging in with Gmail resulted in an empty account. It was impossible to resolve this on my own. After a brief email exchange, I received a clear step-by-step plan explaining how to fix the issue. The result is that I can now access all my data using my Gmail account — absolutely great. If you’re experiencing the same issue, contact them by email. Explain the situation step by step, and I’m convinced they will provide the same proper solution.

Strava is a JUNK app, don’t use

I use Garmin for years, downloaded Strava to sync activities but honestly, my experience is very bad. I was logged out from my mobile app, my account locked and I get message: “ You are not authorized to log onto the Strava platform. Please contact our Support team.” . This is utter rubbish and poor design. Also even if I disabled email notifications, I get roughly 10-20 emails per day with their spam messages. Have you guys lost your mind? I would give zero start if I could. Not worth to use, horrible app from category “JUNK”. Please avoid. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If I could give zero or minus stars

If I could give zero or minus stars, I wouldI've had numerous legitimate activities flagged by Strava - not done in a vehicle, no GPS error and Strava support have refused to unflag these.I can't even measure myself against other users because Strava keeps flagging my activities. Surely the whole point is to measure fitness and see where we are on leaderboards.I will not be subscribing to such a poor app

Spams

I keep receiving spam from Strava just because I downloaded their app. My email notifications are turned off. I have disabled everything, yet I still keep receiving spam emails from Strava. I contacted customer care, and they said, “Unfortunately, our team is unable to help you with that.” What kind of company doesn’t allow you to unsubscribe from their emails and just keeps sending spam? Horrible

Great tool for tracking fitness…

Great tool for tracking fitness efforts. The toolset is slowly getting better and better and I really like the new AI generated insights. If you do sports on a regular basis this service and especially the paid subscription is worth its money. It is quite expensive though but the free version is also very comprehensive to start with. I also like the different challenges and the ability to compare my activities with previous ones or others.

Login to website broken

No idea what's going on here, the login to the website is simply broken for me. The dialog keeps telling try a new code (to be sent to email address).I would enter the correct code mailed again and again but nothing happens. This is the easiest thing a website should be able to handle, I guess?A welcome email for the successful registration has arrived already but there's no clue on how to contact support, perfect.

Lame that they hid the year in sport…

Lame that they hid the year in sport review under the premium paywall this year. You can access it by signing up for a free premium trial. That doesn’t make me want to sign up, it makes me start looking for a new app. Nice job shitting on your users Strava.

So NOT user-friendly. I hate it!

Truly awful! I’ve gone from loving my Samsung watch to hating it since I have had to link with the Strava app. It is so NOT user-friendly and clearly was devised by some bozo sitting comfortably in an office, rather than the actual world of often sweaty, breathless exercise. Before Strava, one or two simple presses on the screen sufficed, but now I don’t know what the hell I am doing with it.I hate it!

Locked out

Having used Strava for years they updated the app and wanted me to log in again. No problem? Problem. Needed verification in a device which is not with me. No alternative. Locked out. Thanks a lot Strava.

There is just no customer support

There is just no customer support. Typical startup who couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction once they get well-known.

Customer Service - Who? Unhelpful and unresponsive

Needed help with login into my account, reached out to Customer Service who have been sending me automated emails, no one actually looked into my issue, they couldn't care less, so disappointed to see how this company evolved from good to unacceptable

Customer support is appalling

Customer support is appalling. Very difficult to transfer from Strava to another app. Heatmaps are good, but the maps are inaccurate, wrong road names and some roads stop for no reason, making route plotting difficult.

Charged £54 instantly, no access to premium, no support

I genuinely thought I was signing up for a free trial with Strava. Instead, I was charged £54 immediately, with no warning that the payment would be taken straight away. I requested a refund through Apple, but the request was refused.Since I was now out £54, I figured I might as well use the premium features I supposedly paid for. But when I opened the Strava app, I was greeted with another prompt offering a free trial, and I still couldn’t access any premium features. It was as if I hadn’t paid at all.At this point, I’ve paid £54 for nothing. No premium access, no support, and no refund. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better transparency and customer service from a company as big as Strava.Would not recommend
