U guys told me tonight my payment is by 8p March 5. That's a long time and let nger than one to three business days. March 2nd to fourth, is one to three business days. What a lie!

The whole thing was really easy. The website is easy to use, and I emailed them with a question about selling my phone, and they responded quickly. They made this simple and easy to do, and they were very speedy throughout the process. I would sell my old phone or tablet with them again.
It's been several weeks and we never received our check.
I made the order to send in the phone but saw there were cracks in screen. After I made the order and was ready to send in, I realized it had a glass screen protector. I peeled that off and realized that the screen was in great shape. I assumed when it got to your company, an adjustment would be made as condition was extremely better than fair, the option i originally selected.I assumed there would be fairness, honesty, and integrity with this company but you took the lesser payout and did not compensate after inspecting.I have other phones, but have decided to go with another company who has a better business model and will do adjustments.Will never use again and expected more.

Sent my watch in and due to issue had the watch returned. Just amazed at how it was returned to me. Totally disassembled, not put back in the watch box, just wrapped the pieces in a little bubble wrap. Definitely won't do business again!!!
