I received the wrong pair men's underwear and the sent me a new pair with no questions or hassles so if they fit as good as there service ill definitely be buying more

I was unhappy with the fit of underwear…
I was unhappy with the fit of underwear that was purchased, but was unable to return them. A quick conversation with customer service to explain my issue and they refunded the purchase of 1 pair, and sent me 2 pairs of a different type to try. It could not have been easier to work with customer service. This type of service is what will likely cause me to remain one of their customers.

Shinesty’s customer service is always on point, not always but occasionally I need to change some things with an order or I didn’t get 1 of the 3 things I ordered. And every time they always fix the issue and leave me happy that I shop here! Love this brand and there product genuinely just feels better than anything else. This company is top tier!

Seriously the best underwear, and company! Customer service always on point! I have had one singular issue and they immediately corrected it! 10/10 most definitely recommend!! The customer service agent (and their Doggo) helped me when I bumbled my order! Huge help, majorly appreciated!

I actually had the balls to order a pair of underwear for my wife . I had to do it because I wanted her to have some of the feelings that I get when I put on a pair of your underwear. I thought she might understand why I pay more than she likes for underwear. Well it backfired when I bought them too big. Yeah I did. Anyway, Shinesty is pulling me out of the jam and sending me replacements in the correct size, SMALL. I will never forget you, thanks so much!

This company's service is amazing! I ordered an item that I needed to return, but it didn't allow it due to a system error. I reached out via email and had a solution in less than 2 hours. I've never had a company be so responsive and friendly. Not only do I love the quality of the material, but Kelvin's service will keep me coming back.

Great quality product with superior customer service!
I discovered a Shinesty kiosk at the Denver Airport last year waiting for a plane. The salesperson was so friendly and helpful and i was impressed with the quality of their scivvys and sox. I signed up for the undie-of-the-month club and when we had a small glitch, their customer service responded within minutes and fixed the problem.

Best Subscription Site 2026
Shinesty is pure amazement. They are so outside of the generic norm company, while providing top notch products and support. Their undies are unmatched by any other manufacturer. They are so soft that one needs to actually experience the softness to believe it ( just like Matrix), their Everyman shirt is the most comfortable shirt you will ever own. I don't know how it's possible, but they perfected the T to the point that all other shirts feel completely useless. I have over 10 pairs of their underwear and about 10 shirts. The products are of outmost quality and made to last... Their subscription model is easy to navigate, easy to pause, cancel, and they even have the Ship It Now feature for those who don't want to wait. The service is truly striking. I accidentally ruined one of my shirts through no fault of the company. I vented about the situation in an email, but did not ask for anything in return. I just wanted a little bit of sympathy for my shirt loss. Out of their generosity and kindness, Shinesty company themselves offered to replace the shirt I ruined. This is next level customer centric business. They truly do care. Their service is beyond great. I was assisted by Tin. Tin is amazing! Tin is is very professional, polite, kind, friendly, smart, caring, understanding, thoughtful, perceptive, skilled, energetic, with great communication. And most importantly funny! He sent me a hilarious pic of a funny golden retriever with a headset doing desk work, and asked if I was willing to confirm he's a good boy! That was incredibly funny, made my day, and is opposite of usual boring, mundane, generic responses we become used to. Great company and employees! Best subscription service of 2026 and beyond!
