Could not complete registration online
Could not complete registration online, went to the kiosk and couldn’t complete it there. Called to get help and they wanted me to reserve and pay for another unit. Called back and got another person that got everything done. Got my gate code, didn’t work. Had to get a temporary one and when I got to my unit there was a red tag on it. I will cancel this account after the 30 days I paid for and will advise everyone I can NOT to use this storage facility

Me catching the President's Day sale was awesome but however the experience with the customer service rep put me in a real big strain so the customer service rep needs to really know
The experience was fine but the customer representative that I got my reservation and paid for through online she put in wrong information in the computer she said because she had so many different offices she work out she accidentally put me at the wrong one which I am out of state i'm all the way here in North Carolina and I need to store something up thereBut when she did thatAnd the dateShe told me that I can go in the app and change that dateBecause I was unsure of what dayBecause I hadn't talked to the person who will be doing the moving for me butAnd by doing that I needed to move the stuff in yesterday and I couldn't because the date is for March 8th for her telling me that all I had to do was go in the app and change itThat's untrueAfter having an expedited conversation to speak withA manager a manager call me back and told me I cannot change the date the only way I can is if I come in with the ID to change the dateI'm in another stateAlso she told me me putting the guy on there as an authorized user she also told me he would be able to make changes and he's not able to make changes only I can and I'm way in another state so no I give the customer service rep a one rasting
