This place sells lemons
I purchased an Acura for $16,000 from this dealership, but it overheated and leaked antifreeze within 50 miles due to a missing cap. After a 4-hour wait for pickup, they apologized and offered a nicer car at no extra cost. I chose a Honda CR-V, requesting new brakes and a windshield replacement. However, the brake job was incomplete, missing calipers and a system flush. Additionally, the $1,800 warranty doesn't cover issues like burning oil, bad catalytic converters, and faulty valve seals. The dealership ignored my calls after I confronted them about these problems, and they also lied during the paperwork process. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience and the car's condition, now being out over $20,000.
