I wrote an earlier review ranting about the non delivery of parts. It took a week but Rattan contacted me to give the delivery details and were very helpful in this regard. I should note that it does say on their website the parts are delivered seperatly. My problem now lies with the local delivery company that say they attempted 2 deliveries. On both occassions I was home, so maybe avreview on them is due but they have committed to deliver again. So well done Rattan and bike itself is great by the way.

I was out of the one year warranty period by a few months. I was hoping that because I purchased two E-Bikes, that I would get a little more consideration as to the parts I would need and a discount to the price of each part. I got the parts quickly and eventually got the problem fixed.
I recently purchased 2 LF Ultras. Before deciding Rattan answered my questions in a timely manner via text and email. The first one arrived fast and in perfect condition. The second one arrived had some minor shipping damage and I sent a email describing it mostly to let them know the shipping company did poorly. Without asking, they sent a new front fender and touchup paint. The bikes are everything that I had hoped for and more. Almost ready to go out of the box, they are well built and lots of fun. Rattan was easy and always quick to respond to anything I needed and more. It was a pretty big purchase and I do not think it could have gone any better.
Bought a Rattan LF ultra to do school pick ups and my son and I are loving it. It is quite heavy but once the boost kicks in, everything is effortless especially helpful since we live in a very hilly area. I got it with a basket but it did not arrive the same time as the bike (still otw as of writing this review) so I thought it was forgotten. I contacted Rattan support and they were responsive. I found out through reaching out that they are shipped separately, as the basket itself is from mainland China. I wish this was mentioned from the beginning to minimise the anxiety. That said, the bike itself arrived in less than a week of ordering which was fantastic.

He arrived quickly and in good condition. The bike in sight is spectacular, I need to try it, weather does not accompany to take it for a ride. I hope it meets my expectations.
It's has been 3 weeks and no bike. I paid for a bike and all your sent was a shipping number that does not match anything. And you want me to review a bike I don't have
Loved the Rattan ultra and also the added extras at no cost was a nice touch, first ride was over 50 klm's with no issues.

Your customer service dept is impossible to get ahold of. I tried calling, starting a chat, and emailing. Finally, someone responded by email and then it still took several days to get the part I needed ordered (had to send photos of the controller in my bike that I bought from Rattan and they built). Make it easier to get replacement parts. Put the controllers on your website and I could have ordered it myself without even needing to interact with your customer service dept.
These bikes are robust!I highly recommend.

I have had experience with a lot of e-bike companies and Rattan is by far the best. They make an amazing product and they stand by their work. Support always responds within 1 business day. (TrustPilot will not allow me to post email addresses but please use their email address for questions, it is posted on their support page, it starts with info) and they mail me the parts that I need for any issue that comes up. They make a product for the "working man" that is affordable and rugged. I like their product so much that I have purchased multiple Rattan bikes. If you want an affordable bike that will get you where you want to go for years, this is the company for you. I have over 1,500 miles on one of my bikes and it still rides like the day I bought it. Assembly is simple and all parts are labeled for easy assembly. Why pay more at a different company when you can save a few dollars and get an outstanding bike that will turn heads everywhere you go!
I have had my E-bike for a year now and I have rode it to work, school, and trails in the park. The only replacement I have needed to get so far is the tires about a 3 months ago because I rode it through so much rough terrain. Other than that, pretty good for a cheaper E-bike. If you need a replacement piece, just ask the help bot , it’s really helpful.
Easy online order, fast shipping, excellent bike and great price..👍🏼We have an RV and it’s perfect once it’s folded for storing and able to take it with us with out needing a bike rack.
I've had my bike for over a year and I absolutely love it.. I've had several issues and needed help. When I emailed Rattan they got back to me asap...they sent me a replacement pedal...free of charge..and when I lost a headlight screw and couldn't find a shop nearby that had the proper screw...Rattan got back to me and sent me replacement screws... I've also recommended Rattan ebikes to several of my friends and they're loving the idea of purchasing one in the near future..thank you so much for making my experience with my first ebike wonderful...I was a trucker by trade for 18 years..after a serious accident...I purchased my 750 foldable ebike for my birthday last year in hopes that it would help me rehabilitate my body...when I say that I could've never forseen the healing that happens when I ride up the hills around Syracuse university and pass people pushing their bikes uphill...lol I feel like a kid again...again ..thank you...I love my bike..
Excellent customer service! Above and beyond. I recently accidentally ordered the wrong item and tho it was no fault if they're own they did the very best to make me happy. Plus, these bikes are primo!. Incredible quality. I will get my next bike here.
