Wow, just wow. To date, this has hands down been the best customer care experience I’ve ever had. What could have easily turned into a disaster was handled with such professionalism and care that Rare Carat transformed it into a positive, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Add to that their competitive pricing, top-notch customer service, quick processing times, and an incredibly user-friendly website, it’s clear why they're so highly rated.A special thank you to Paul, who was outstanding from start to finish. When FedEx caused an unexpected delay, he personally stepped in and worked with me directly to keep everything on course. He even reached out after business hours on his personal phone to make sure the situation was being handled properly. That level of care and accountability is rare.I also connected several times with Stephanie through the online chat, and she was equally impressive. She was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every time. No canned replies or long wait times, just prompt, professional support whenever I needed clarification (which, admittedly, was often).The only bump in the road was the FedEx delay which was completely outside of Rare Carat’s control. What truly stood out, though, was how proactive their team was. They closely tracked the shipment and even offered alternative solutions to ensure I received the diamond before flying back to Europe. They treated my proposal timeline with the same urgency and importance that I did, and that meant everything.It’s no mystery why they have so many 5-star reviews, they’ve earned every single one. And yes… she said yes. 💍Thank you, Rare Carat, for helping make one of the biggest moments of my life absolutely perfect.PS. thanks for the extra gift :)
