Flawless service each and every time
I use my PSN account to send gift cards to my known gaming friends in the United States and each and every time the transactions are flawless, and the response time for any customer support is simply amazing. This is the worst. I bought a $50 card and I had to go through a long process to verify who I am for what ? You didn't ask me to verify before making the purchase but after you took my money you did. I went back on the website to verify and all of a sudden the website is down. This is madness. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

Sold me a PS+ Essential 12 month code that doesn't work. Has not kept my order history from where all the information needed for a reclamation would be available. Customer service drowns me in questions from what appears to be bots and throws the burden of proof of purchase on my end.I deal with stores that have kept my order history all the way to 2005 but this company can't be bothered to have it even for 2 years.
