Prosper health does Adult autism assessments well
Kristina Zitka was attentive and thorough during my assessment. She checked in with me to see how I was processing feedback during my feedback session and really made this process as seamless as possible. I would absolutely recommend Prosper Health for adult autism assessments.

Great experience
Creating an account was simple, and availability of appointments was impressive! From day of signing up to final appointment for results was roughly 2 weeks. Ashley was wonderful and incredibly easy to work with.

Hands down the best practice I've ever…
Hands down the best practice I've ever utilized. Psychotherapy and being evaluated for ASD have both been very convenient and streamlined. My providers are good commuicators, very personable without overstepping boundaries and give great tools to achieve intended goals and outcomes.

Prosper Health really listened to me…
Prosper Health really listened to me and made what could otherwise have been an arduous 3 hour event into 2, calm 1.5 hour sessions. My psychiatrist was so nice and approachable! The support staff was really nice and supportive (for lack of a better term). The last 45 minute session was really helpful. After going through the prior sessions and thinking about things I hadn’t thought about in awhile, it was a nice time to recapitulate what we had discussed and why it mattered. It was a lot to take in and I am still processing all of it. Proper offers therapists, too, to help with just that. Not sure if I am going to try that service for myself; yet (my family has been very supportive), but it’s nice to know they have such an offering. If you, or a loved one, has features you feel may be consistent with autism, I highly recommend Prosper Health. Prosper Health’s evaluation process could not have made testing easier or more thorough. As a physician myself, I plan on recommending Prosper Health to my patients who need testing.

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, pay for a diagnosis. As soon as you request help they start blasting emails that they’re going to cancel if you don’t finish your paperwork. Psychiatrist using FOMO (fear of missing out) psychology to get you to fill out their questionnaire. Which is wildly inappropriate questions like ‘do people think you’re weird’. And they will not comply with Colorado OPT OUT laws and refuse to remove information when requested. Do not trust, use it go to these frauds. They use their psychology against you for their $969 payday. Doctors out for big money. Look for real help, not this greedy manipulative group

Very thorough
Very fast scheduling experience, diagnostician took time and paid extremely close attention to detail of my answers and relation to diagnostic criteria. Felt very understood, and very comfortable during the assessment. Affordable compared to other assessment providers.

if you are a neurodivergent suspecting autistic / audhd DID system and have completed your intake forms in prosper health and getting started but NOT SURE who to choose since they're all so super nice, we strongly recommend dr. christine kimmel! she has answered our frontstuck little alter (has the most active stimming) in her best professionalism with the goal of not making you feel discomfort when answering sensitive questions, she may not specialize in DID and primarily focuses on assessing autism but she is very knowledgeable that every alter has autism as a spectrum. to those who have sensitive nervous systems to demands, very PDA friendly as well! it only took weeks and we received our autism level 2 diagnosis the moment the feedback session completed the assessment. i am a young adult in my early 20s and have done this decision by age backed up with childhood and adolescent experiences. my alters are no longer ashamed of unmasking and stimming for having special interests! i still have the self-control to mask and unmask as a sensory seeker. its like a chunk of noise was gone when i finally got out of both self-diagnosis and questioning cycles. i recommend disclosing when a green flag really sees, knows, understands, and questions your autistic expressions in a way that doesn't overstimulate. i'm so happy, thank you so much prosper health for affirming bright neurodivergent brains, both singlets and traumagenic DID plural systems !!

Knowing that prosper employs therapists who share my values of tolerance and respect and love for diversity is key to my trusting this company. I know I can share openly with my therapist who is a genuinely good human being.

I loved Prosper Health! At least where I live at its almost impossible to find anywhere that will evaluate and diagnose adults and thanks to Prosper Health i was able to get fully evaluated and diagnosed after such a long process over the last couple of years and i will forever be thankful to finally have the answers to so many of my questions. I had such a good experience with Anita, she was very nice and understanding and patient with me and very professional and informative and will highly recommend Prosper Health

Years of Wonderful Service!
Prosper Health is a great place for neurodivergent people to get assessment for autism. They also have therapists that understand exactly how we experience the world, because they are neurodivergent themselves. They understand autism at a level well beyond any regular therapist I've seen. And I have quite a bit of history in regular therapy before finally realizing at age 50 I might be on the spectrum. Everyone I have interacted with in the 2+ years I've been a patient at Prosper has been nothing less than wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and at ease during the visits. And they do everything virtually, but really take the time to do it professionally and right. I highly recommend this provider. The diagnosis and therapy I've received has been life changing, and I am very grateful.

Highly recommend!
I had a really positive experience with Prosper Health. The team was extremely kind, thorough, and genuinely supportive. They created a space that felt welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities, including the LGBTQ+ community and those who struggle with anxiety. I felt respected and understood throughout the process. I would highly recommend Prosper Health to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves in a safe, affirming, and professional environment.

Jordyn was excellent
Jordyn was excellent. I was really scared about the whole process. What would happen if I received the wrong wording or did not mesh with her. I was completely worried and she made it disappear after the first session. I was more worried about how I would appear to her because that just how I am and she managed to ease that so well. Highly recommend
It was easy to schedule. They had quick availability. They were extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the situation. They made me feel comfortable and I was able to do it from home. I am grateful.

Clear, easy to understand process
Although it took a while to answer intakes, the process was clear and the evaluator went at my pace. The final session revealing assessment / diagnosis was very helpful and provided deep insight into how my clinician came to their conclusion. I'm very excited to receive my report to turn in to my health care provider.

Not terribly helpful
The experience was ok but I feel like I got a useless diagnosis of neurodivergence that can’t quite be classified as autism. I don’t agree with this diagnosis manly because the reason I am not qualifying is because I have no special interests. I feel I do have special interests but the clinician for whatever reason did not think they qualified. Definitely left with more questions than answers $80 later.
