Priority bikes ride smoothly especially the Apollo. Great bike for relaxing trips. Little need for maintenance.
Seat is uncomfortable. With the design and price of the bike you would think that you would at least provide a comfortable seat.
My Priority Eight arrived exactly when they said it would. The packing was excellent and the bike had no damage, nicks, or scratches of any kind. With the help of the video and included tools, assembly was easy. Great product.

When my new Eight arrived in the box there were several items that required adjustment/repair that should have been properly done in the initial build. The bottom bracket was loose causing creaking/clicking requiring me to remove the crank arms and properly torque it; the drive belt was under-tensioned causing it to skip on the rear cog under load (I ended up having to take it to a shop to get it diagnosed and adjusted as I thought it was a problem with the Alfine internal hub); one of the 2 critical chain ring type bolts that fasten the seat stay and chain stay at the rear wheel drive-side lug was missing (I found the two halves at the bottom of the shipping box) and the other was just finger tight. I think many people would probably have missed this detail and might have been riding around in a very dangerous condition. Priority can and should do better on the initial build quality. So, you're asking yourself, with so many issues, why is this guy giving Priority 5 stars? Here's why: shortly after I posted my original comment with fewer than 5 stars and the above comment, I got a phone call from Priority to discuss my troubles and ways that Priority could make things right. We spoke on the phone for almost an hour about what went wrong and what could have been done differently. We talked about the company and the people who worked there and how their goal was to make sure that all of their customers problems got resolved satisfactorily and how they would stand by their products and be available to resolve problems 24/7. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. You just don't see that kind of dedication and outreach in corporate America these days, do you? So I'm now a proud member of the Priority Bicycles family.Additional note: now that ALL of my Priority Bicycle problems have been resolved and I personalized the bike with a few upgrades and adjustments (clipless pedals, preferred saddle, grips, rack and bottle cage plus a few cockpit ergo adjustments), I find the bike to be quite solid, very smooth and incredibly quiet to ride and the geometry is comfortable (more upright than my other bikes) to ride on my 13 mile work commute. So my 5 star review includes 5 for overall quality and value for the price plus 5 more for Priority Bicycles proving to me that it's a company that really stands by its products and its customers.~Cheers
Fairly easy to assemble, comfortable, affordable. We’re both in our late 60s and find the bikes to be just what we needed for leisurely rides in our community.
These bikes are great for the beach. We leave them at the coast year round and there is very little maintenance needed compared to the traditional chain driven bikes.
Order process was easy. Bike shipped and was received quickly. Took it to a local shop to assemble, when I picked it up he told me the bike was worth $300 more than I paid and he'd sell them if Priority sold thru dealers. This one, for my wife, is our second. Superlight and great quality, low-corrosion materials which is what I wanted as we live near the beach (both are the Coast model beach cruisers). Love that it's belt driven instead of a chain. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The bikes are great. We get a lot of comments on how nice they are. We were missing a bolt for the basket light and they sent it right away within a couple days. Awesome bikes, awesome company.

This is our 4th priority bicycle.The shipping is always fast and the assembly is easy. Belt drive is the only way to go for most applications. Low maintenance. We have a priority bike for every member of our household.
Buying was easy - It was the support experience which set this apart. Priority's relationship with a local bike shop (Bicycle chain) helped massively.I have started using my Ebike - the quality is top notch and everything works perfectly! I can not stress enough how easy it was for me to get this purchase done and the bike I received is a cherry on top of this delicious chocolate cake.
Because I purchased this in the winter I have not been able to ride more than a few miles. But Even with that, I love it so far. I am hoping to begin serious preparations for RAGBRAI and expect that my 600 will make the adventure amazing. I had a single issue that you addressed promptly and professionally. When the bike arrived, the front headlamp clamp was broken. I was able to speak to a representative and within a couple of weeks received the replacement part. Thanks for everything. Well Done!
Great quality bike. Sure the kids will love them. Sales managers are easy to reach and very responsive to questions, so the whole purchasing process was very easy.

Great support from the folks at Priority. All the support folks were genuinely interested in helping me with my issue. The matter was handled respectfully, the follow up was quick, and even dealing with two separate people was no problem because the notes taken in the first call were very clear and thorough and the second person helping me was totally knowledgeable of everything that occurred on the first call. Any reservation I had in dealing with a direct-to-consumer company was totally relieved.
