I ordered a guitar online from them
I ordered a guitar online from them, it got held up due to weather and a signature was required for delivery, I was home when it was suppose to have been delivered but had to go out of town when it was released, I contacted the seller and they were responsive and attempted to reschedule the delivery, good communication and the guitar was exactly as advertised , excellent condition , id recommend and buy from this company again in the future

Irresponsible retailer
In September my order was processed. I had to call and email 8 times before I finally cancelled my order in January. No one from pitbull ever reached out to me, and each time I called or emailed I received a response that delayed culpability.
