I love the products are personalised for our pets & so many options of everything. Our beagle got out a couple times when she first came to us & I am grateful that our amazing neighbourhood used the info on the collar & tag to call us.

Very easy to update my pets info online. Having this link is very important to me as l know that if Babygirl were ever to get lost , l would have peace of mind knowing that l would have her home safely, once she was tagged and reviewed.
I had in issue with my dog's gps. They were prompt and courteous in reaching out to me and taking care of the problem. I tried to change the date below but it wouldn't change. I estimate around August of 2025
So please with the attention regarding my problem.

I am a member of a rescue organization and register dog's chips after adoption. Recently, I had to transfer a chip from the past owner to the current owner and was having trouble. I corresponded with Michelle and she was not only professional and helpful, but so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend the customer service at PetLink!
My little dog is nearly all black and I like the reflective collar on him because even in the house, when it’s dark, I can see where he is easier and seeing the collar has helped keep him from getting stepped on! And when he needs to outside after dark, I can shine a flashlight and see the collar!

Well I called to get my phone number changed I couldn’t do it on the computer due to my eye problems and I’m a senior citizen but the person helped me but I had to pay 4.95 cause I ask her to do it for me I couldn’t due to my eye problems. I gotta stop this survey due to my eyes I wish you had something for senior that on disability
The tag is beautiful, just as pictured. Delivery was fast and received email updates regarding status.
