first time ordering. received the wrong part (not even close). have been trying to return but sent in circles due to their terrible customer service. originally, they wanted me to pay for return shipping. after more calls I finally got a return label. return label looked suspicious and address doesn't come back to a warehouse or any business that I can find. Will be disputing the charges with my bank. stay away!

I received my empty package it looks like it fell out during shipping the website customer service was no help shipping insurance was of no help due to FedEx taking the box back and I had no picture of them doing that so they wouldn't pay for the package being basically stolen during shipping I do not recommend this site

Subaru vvt sensors
I ordered two vvt sensors. I only need one. I installed both in the car anyway, and started getting new codes for slow response, and Cam over timing on both sides of the engine. I reinstalled the known good one and all the codes for that side went away. I then switched the sensors from side to side and the codes went away for the other side. I tried to get a hold of them over the phone, and I was called number 20 after waiting on hold until I was next, they hung up, because they said there was to many calls. This happened twice. Then I tried to start a return on line, and they require you to upload a picture. The door would not upload the picture and wouldn't let me finish finish the process. I do not recommend this site.

Instead, they demand that I pay for return shipping and send photos of the item before they will even process anything. Bad Customer Service
I ordered a Fuel filter at Partsgeek.com and paid for expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive on time for my mechanic appointment. Then FedEx sent it from North Carolina to Oregon for some reason, and when I checked the tracking, I learned that it is not expected to arrive here for another week. That is 2 weeks from purchase, and after the time it was supposed to arrive, and too late for my needs. So I contacted Partsgeek online through chat, and asked to cancel my order and refund me, because I now needed to buy another fuel filter locally. I was told that they cannot cancel the order because it was already on the way, which is understandable, but that I would need to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee. They were unwilling to send me a pre-paid shipping label or waive the restocking fee. That is the last time I do business with PartsGeek.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THIS IS A PREDITORY BUSINESS! INCOMPETENT STAFF is an understatement. I ordered two brake rotors, only one rotor was delivered to my door, I was there to accept the delivery. Spent several days for them to setup a return and supposedly investigate their warehouse, THEY KEPT REDIRECTING FOR ME TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING, would not provide a shipping label, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING EVEN WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT! BUYER BE WARE! I spent hours of my time trying to resolve this issue....how ridiculous, I will never shop at PARTS GEEK AGAIN! I reordered the parts from Amazon for $20 more, Ill pay extra $20 any day for not dealing with PARTS GEEK ever again.

Bad return policy.
I placed my order Monday before they opened and paid for expedited shipping (2-5) days. It is Friday, and I still don't have my parts. They are telling me Monday does not count as a business day. So, I will not have the parts on time. Additionally, I have to pay to ship the parts back and also a 20% restocking fee. So, it cost me shipping and 20% to learn the lesson not to use this company.Lastly, the representative who called seemed like he had no power to make the sutuation right. Only the ability to tell me the return policy. What a waste of time.

This was the most horrible experience in purchasing in my life. Very rude people, very incompetent. Especially the vice president of operations Jakki Trippe. I ordered COMPLETE brake kits for my truck. Mismatched parts from several warehouses started to show up. Partial shipment arrived and I tried to look up the rest of the order. It was flagged complete and no record could be found. No tracking on other parts and tracking was erased. The parts were not in kit from and no packing lists were included in any boxes. No way to reference parts to kits. I had to identify parts by looking up manufacturers part numbers online. I called the customer service number. 2 days later I was referred to an email at a warehouse. 2 more days went by with no progress. All they were concerned with was finding out whose fault it was. I don't care about their internal mismanagement. I ordered COMPLETE kits so parts would match. They supplied whatever they felt like. I never received anywhere near all of the parts. Some of which were for the wrong size of truck. I was given Jakki Trippe's email and after 2 days of complete non action I sent her 50 nasty emails. That resulted in the police showing up at my door reaming my ass cause I said I hoped she got cancer, which they said was a threat. I have received super horrible treatment all around. I sent the parts back and I'm waiting for outcome. I have a dispute filed with card services disputing payment. They DEMANDED I send all parts back. Some had been installed so they are surely going to dispute this. Parts were in boxes that weighed over 100 lbs. I'm retired, 65 years old, and have arthritis. It was extremely hard to repackage. Not to mention running and purchasing shipping supplies and finding a printer to print return shipping tickets. Then haul them to fed ex. Of coarse I have to find rides to these places as my truck is broken. I will fight these losers till the end of time to get my money back. I was holding parts until it was resolved but police made me ship them. So now they have the parts, and the money, and I'm completely left out of the picture. These people are third party, parts jockeying, idiots incapable of filling a parts order

The Worst Online Return Process I've ever Encountered
Ordered a Part that was large and bulky. It was missing parts that the manufacturer and other online websites confirmed it contained. PartsGeek denied it was to be included and would not send just that missing part, They also said the product photo, which showed the missing part, was not representative of the product I would receive. They said I would have to return the whole product. Their return process was the worst, most time-consuming return I have experienced. They also would not return outbound shipping charges and fees, even though it was their fault for shipping me the wrong part.

BLUF: Never trust a part from PartsGeek, even if it's labeled correctlyOrdered an axle kit for a CR-V. Checked the box upon arrival to confirm all components were there, which they appeared to be. Mechanic calls me up towards the end of the install to say they have everything nearly put back together but one of the bearings was 25% larger than the one getting replaced, even though both bearing boxes had the same part number listed on the box. PartsGeek denied a return/credit as:1. You can't return any part of a kit, it all has to be returned.2. The rest of the kit had already been installed on the vehicle, and they only accept new, never installed parts for returnI was placed in a no-win situation as I didn't think I'd have to pull a bearing out of the correct item numbered box and compare it to the other bearing to ensure they were the same.So I'm out an additional $85 for the correct bearing and am left with an extra bearing with no part number or identification that'll be impossible to sell on my own. Order your parts elsewhere

Would love to leave a 0, but not possible. Company sent wrong item, I didn't open it right away because replacement wasn't going to happen until spring. Now I am stuck with the wrong part, that I didn't order. Called Customer Service and she was very condescending in her language. Online customer service with Miguel was great, but the problem could not be solved. I though you could trust a big company fulfilling your order correctly, I guess lesson learned that even large companies are not trustworthy
