I am beyond satisfied with the rug cleaning services I received! The contractor was professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process. My rugs were returned looking vibrant and spotless, and the improvement in cleanliness was immediately noticeable. It’s rare to find such quality and care these days—highly recommended!

I have used them twice now. They came on time, they were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Would use them again without a doubt.
Between two dogs and a cat, our rugs were a mess—stains, odors, fur, you name it. I had tried everything I could at home, but nothing really worked until I called in the pros. They completely deodorized and cleaned the rugs, and now there’s no trace of pet odors. Even the fur was gone. It’s a total game-changer.

Horrible! They completely ruined my 4 year old custom made bamboo silk rug! They promised me over and over on the phone that they clean these rugs all the time and are very experienced with this material. The first time, the rug was returned still dirty but with the addition of yellow stains that I had never seen before. I have no pets. They took it back to clean two more times and stripped the rug of it's color and created more huge yellow stains all over. The rug is $12K (I have original receipt) and they are not taking financial responsibility even though they admit that what happened to my rug in their care is regrettable. BEWARE!!!!! Don't let them have your rugs!
Hello Allan and Lachlan,Our carpets are back on the floor and we are very happy with them. Thank you, Lachlan for your clear explanation about the carpets which taught both Roland and me about the carpets and especially about the “fringes” on the sides of the carpets. We will also move the carpets around, I think, at least once a year. The round carpet looks beautiful and the cream colour shows off the others colours so much better. We are extremely pleased with the way we were treated by Lachlan and Allan and the excellent service they provided. Our Persian carpets had not been cleaned for very many years and after cleaning it was clear that they had been badly soiled. They came up as new and are now proudly displayed in our apartment. We would certainly recommend them for their carpet cleaning and repair services.

I spoke with this customer who was so pleased with our website that she decided to do more looking into our company and see what other services we offer. To her surprise, we were able to offer her full repair and restoration services for her rugs. She agreed to bring in her rugs and let us give her a FREE estimate for the wash and repair. When she came into our 5,000 square foot plant, she was amazed at how clean it was and how organized we kept it. It has been years since I had my rugs cleaned. I saw the rug cleaning truck at my condo building since there phone number was on the roof of the van I immediately called them and they came up to my apartment and picked up the rug. "The absolute best experience I have ever had with any rug cleaning company. I sent them two huge 10' x 8' rugs, damaged by a flood from the second floor bathroom. I was apprehensive to try them, because the last company I used destroyed a very expensive silk Persian, and refused to pay for it. Joe, the manager, invited me down to take a plant tour and meet the owner, Bill. They were both super nice guys and I could tell they were very proud of what they do. The plant was state of the art, and the crew was very professional. They even had a large repair room, where rugs were being refringed by hand. The best part is, my rugs look like it never happened. Thanks guys!!!"
