 I bought insurance at checkout to be able to return and package protection. It cost $12.29. My shoes were too big and they would not let me return them because they said they were not damaged and the wrong items were not sent so just because they don’t fit me I am stuck with them. It is a scam.
I ordered 3 pairs of their full support pantyhose,black,honey beige and white. I am not sure what I was sent,but there is no way these are in anyway full support pantyhose. What I was sent feels like a regular pair of pantyhose,from the feet all the way up. The honey beige developed a hole in the so called controltop within minutes of wearing them. I tried on the other 2 pairs and same issue,they feel like a cheap pair of pantyhose. I am not sure what NurseMates now considers full support,but what I was sent is not even close to that. My problem is that I got them when they had the 35% off sale and it will cost more to send them back. So basically I am stuck with 3 pairs of cheap pantyhose and out the money I spent. Buyer beware of thier so called full support pantyhose.
I've had my shoes for less than six months in the stitching is coming undone on the side. Their solution is that I need to mail them back so they can inspect it before they decide what the solution will be. Since I wear these shoes on a regular basis, it is an inconvenience for me to ship them back and wait. I think their customer service sucks.
Shoes were good quality but not as described. The sole is very slippery. No customer support offered except to ship them back to examine for "defects," in spite my repeatedly explaining the shoes are not "defective," it is an accuracy issue (product not as advertised).
