My old 2450 treadmill with IFIT really changed my overall health for the better..With a scale down move I was not able to bring it. I ordered the newest 2450 when I finally converted my current garage. Still love my IFIT and I also have the X24 bike and the rower. However this is the noisiest treadmill I’ve ever been on. Watched all of the solution to squeaking videos with no luck.

I worked with Mason Hansen on an IFIT membership renewal amd the process was simple and saved me money. What more could you want? I will say that the "sales pitch" and process could be a bit more official. I had to do a little research to confirm that it wasn't a scam solicitation. Maybe an email referring to a message though my IFIT account would've felt less sketchy. But no harm, no foul.

My new NordicTrack treadmill makes a consistent squeaking noise when I am on the treadmill and makes a really loud noise when changing the incline. The delivery folks dropped it. I cannot get anyone to come and fix it!!! They gave me one option, when I was out of town, and won’t follow through! It has been a full month and I can’t use it until it is fixed. So much for being “new”!

The treadmill works great, and I love the various workouts available on iFit. Old exercise equipment was not hauled away, which I paid for and was assured by sale’s representative would occur upon delivery of the new treadmill and bike. Also, did receive the purchased exercise mat in a timely manner. Customer rep was MIA when I voiced my concerns. New machines arefine, but Terrible customer service tarnished the consumer experience. I would not buy from NordicTrack if I had to do it over again.

I tried to call for question to iFit Treadmill CS (833) 680-4348 but they never answer the phone call. Every time when I called CS it took over 30minute and I finally hung up. It's so stressful due to treadmill is completely stopped and CS is not responding. Awful Customer Service!

My Nordic track commercial 1750 is a pretty solid machine although right off the first two months I’ve encountered up to three errors. The first one was the screen would change its volume. Some days it would be louder than others. Second issue I ran into was squeaking, or noise made when running on the deck that wasn’t incline or decking, which resulted in greasing the hinges that held the deck to the frame, and the last was a banging noise whenever the deck would raise or lower itself, according to the program, which was the result of a loose lock nut that had to be tightened. Overall, I feel this machine is great for home use as long as you are mechanically, inclined, and ready to deal with issues or else you may end up spending some money to have a repair man to come out frequently to tighten and lubricate your machine. Hopefully overtime I’ll experience less issues as I learn to maintain my machine.

I have been using a NordicTrack treadmill since Covid, and have been very happy with the platform and the support I have received over the past 5 years. Knowing that treadmills, by their very nature, are machines that require constant maintenance, I purchased the maintenance plan and am very glad that I did. I have maintenance performed annually, and the tech that has serviced and repaired the machine has been a miracle worker. He has replaced major and minor components, keeping me running without lengthy delays. The iFit platform has been a great motivator for me. The trainers that I repeatedly run with are fascinating people, and I feel I am getting courses in exercise physiology, geology, biology, sociology, etc., with every run. The scenery of the locations keep the machine from being a "dreadmill," and iFit keeps adding interesting workouts in updating the software.For me personally, having a reliable and enjoyable treadmill experience was critical to my recovering from open-heart surgery to replace a failing aortic valve. Because of the iFit platform and the NordicTrack treadmill, within a year of my surgery I was back to running at the same level as I was pre-surgery, an age-group podium finisher at local road races. I have recommended the NordicTrack platform to family and friends, and will continue to do so. This winter in the northeast has been brutal, but the training for my next half-marathon and, hopefully, marathon is on track, thanks to my treadmill from NordicTrack.
