Outstanding Service for First-Time Buyers

Josh made our mortgage easy
Josh made our mortgage easy, explained in details and even advised based on our income. He took a whole two hours apart from frequent calls to explain in detail what we are supposed to do and got us a very sweet deal. The whole team got our mortgage faster than the expected time. Smooth process, no issues at all
Michaela has been super helpful throughout the process, we are first time buyers so weren’t familiar with the required steps. First Time Buyer
As a first time buyer, did have very little knowledge on mortgage application process and I'm glad I followed builders advice to contact NHMH. Entire process from acquiring initial quote to exploring options with advisor to receiving mortgage offer was very smooth and well explained. Additional bonus for me was that everything was done via phone or online meetings, no need to travel to any offices. Big thanks to NHMH and Nick and Michaela in particular
