Refused to give a refund for a 9$ item…
Refused to give a refund for a 9$ item which could not easily be used as a Mockup for an all over printed product. The mockups are intended for adding simple designs as a png overlay. Inability to use these for all over print designs was not immediately clear during the purchase process.
