I was happy to receive my painted pony in good time but it arrived with 4 broken legsI informed the staff of Music City gifts as soon as I received it. That was at the end of November.their policy says they will refund your money as long as you inform themI am still waiting for some kind of refund. I have done everything that was requested of me by the shopVery disappointed
I was on the hunt for some of horse of a different color and painted ponies ornaments I have been after. So far this has been one of the few places I have found to have quite the collection. Unfortunately they did not have the ones I was initially after, but Laura went above to not only to fix the issue with the mistaken inventory but help me find an alternative ornament to add to my collection.Overall the communication was great, I got the items I ordered, and I had a generally pleasant experience.

I received my merchandise in a timely manner and it looked like exactly what was displayed on the website. Packaging was very professional and finally shipping cost was reasonable unlike other sites that want to charge you astronomical shipping price.

I placed my order on Jan 17, 2014 and still have not gotten it. Nor have I heard anything from your company. If there is a problem with the order it would be nice for you to contact me or give me a tracking number.
The website was easy to understand and navigate. The prices for the merchandise I ordered were very reasonable, and shipping was free. The package arrived within the time frame noted, and there were no issues with the merchandise.
No other site is as helpful and prompt with sale and shippingh.

For overseas customers, we do not have choice of picking Our own country. As a result, what I experienced, my order was gone to another country. Hope you can improve the ordering process for an overseas customers like me.
I was looking for a specific painted pony for a friends mom. It was important on not only an emotional level but a gifting level from a parted family member. When the pony I ordered was out "Laura" listened to my story and we came up with a new pony for my friends mom. She cried but it brought a smile to her face in the mist of grief at the lose of her husband, we made sure it was his last gift to her. This group came through for me and I have recommended them to my friends and family. I will continue to buy from them as well. Thank You Laura for helping me make a wish come true for my friend!
