Great online hobby shop
Had a good experience dealing with Monkey Hobby recently, the products I bought were sensibly priced, very well packed, shipping was trackable and price was fine. I had a few questions and they got back to me pretty quickly by email, (use the infomonkeyhobby@ gmail address on their website, not the sales@monkeyhobby address on their product confirmation). Will try to buy from them again as they stock some products like Dinogy Lipos and Tomcat motors. I think you can buy from them via Aliexpress also but a lot more stock on their main web page.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!
Got email saying my order shipped on 9-11-23. I was told on 10-5-23 to allow more time. 15-25 business days for shipping. On the 25th business day 10-19-23 I sent another message, This time they said it was delivered on 9-26-23 and to check with post office. So basically when I emailed before and they told me to allow more time the package had already been deliveried??? Oh course post office isnt able to help so I still have no product and company wont give refund. After reading reviews this has happened to many others

Never received order. Requested refund. Got the "Covid" as excuse. Over 2 months late. Requested refund again. Do not expect any results. Too Bad, Too Sad. Lesson learned.

Scam site, advertise goods they dont have, dont reply to emails and, use the scam tracking site 17track that pretends to follow non exisent goods round the world.Avoid at all costs!

Strange Beginning
This started off scary but it ended up great. I had first placed an order for some parts with them about 6 weeks ago. I didn’t receive tracking or anything for over a week which was very concerning. I tried to email them a couple of times but still got no response. I ended up trying to call them overseas but due to the time difference no one had answered. My biggest concern was that I might not be able to communicate with them. Later that evening I received a text from them letting me know who they were and they asked if I needed help. After texting for a bit they helped me very much because I had originally ordered the wrong parts. They directed me to the correct items and continued to text with me until everything was figured out. They then canceled the first order so I could purchase the correct items. After that they informed me that the items would ship out soon and be delivered in a few weeks. I waited quite some time before receiving a tracking number but it was from the US and only a purchased label. I emailed and texted them with concerns because I expected movement from the shipper by now and I started to suspect fraud. I’ve seen other posts from people stating that they never received their orders so I was a bit nervous. They explained to me that it would be a bit more time for the items to reach the US and then shipped to my address. About 2 weeks later it finally updated and began moving toward my home. I was now wondering if it would be what I ordered or some piece of junk to show that I received something. Well, I received the package today, and it was Exactly What I Needed/Ordered. I couldn’t be happier!! The parts I needed are very hard to find and they were helpful enough to ensure I got the correct items. If it hadn’t been so scary in the beginning and the delay in tracking I would have given them 5 Stars. I expected a tracking number instantly that showed progress from China but obviously they use a different service. I am very happy with everything and I will absolutely buy from them again.
