The Mindful in 5 book is a great tool to start or re-start a meditation practice. It is a easy, fun read and really can be done in five minute sessions.
It was an amazing experience! I felt more positive energy and good vibes after the 5 minutes of group meditation.

I recently purchased the Mindful in 5 book. I’m a recent meditation convert and this book really helped me be more thoughtful about my meditation practice and what I want to achieve by setting intentions for my meditations. I highly recommend this book for getting more out of your practice and/or helping with daily mindfulness!!
Great meditation and mindfulness session. Very informative. Also liked the use of real life personal examples of how mindfulness can be applied throughout your day because was very relatable and it helps me practically picture how to apply what I learned in the session.
