Try to place an order through their app which in turn ordered for a completely different location I was in. Contacted customer services and they refused to give me a refund even though I got no food and no one in-store would help me. Will never be buying McDonald's again as they are a shameless corporate entity.

I grew up on McDonald's and there's a part of me that will always have a soft spot for it, which makes the current experience all the more disappointing. The prices have crept up to a point where a combo meal for one person is pushing twelve to fourteen dollars, and the quality hasn't kept pace with that increase at all. Got a Big Mac last week that looked nothing like the menu photo and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the morning. At these prices I expect better.
My son and I, at the Original McDonalds location in Glenview. The owners off the picture are Mark & Jennifer Freeman did a awesome job when they remodeled and Renovated the place. Itâs amazing inside and the customer service by the employees is 10/10 :) great job guys. We will back soon but for now back to work/home and school. Haven't eaten here in a while and I had a taste for the fish filet. OMG sandwich is very small yet price still 10 plus dollars and only a half slice of cheese. BRING THE OLD MCDONALD'S BACK PLZ. Pros:- the food tastes very good. some of the best food i've ever had. amazin.- the amount of money you pay is very low (especially taking the deals into account) considering how many calories you get out of itCons:- if you ask them for no onions on your 4 double cheeseburgers then they will scrape them off, which leaves the taste of onion still in some bites, as well as sometimes just straight up getting an onion in it still- they always put your food in a bag even though you're sitting at a table, but then they bring trays to everyone else (not very fair if u ask me)- you can't order food to your house on the website; you must install the app and do it from there.- you can't use gift cards in the app; you must go to the actual store to do so.If these cons were to be fixed, it would be top 1 place to eat of all time.
Every time I place an order itâs always late then when I receive the meal itâs cold and some things are missing coffee is stone cold . I order two large flat white coffee and I get one white and the other black . Coffee is always cold and spilt all over the food and you never get jam with the toasted muffins ..what is going on with macdonadsâŚ.

I walked into this experience expecting a quick, convenient DoorDash order. What I got instead was a $36 lesson in pure disappointment, courtesy of McDonaldâs. Iâve always liked popping into the McDonaldâs in South Melbourne â itâs usually one of my favourite spots for a quick feed. But this visit really missed the mark.I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich and even said I was happy to wait, no drama at all. Instead, I got lukewarm fries and a chicken sandwich so old and dry I could hardly bite into it. The manager clearly couldnât be bothered, acting like she was âwaiting on the chickenâ while handing over something that had obviously been sitting there for ages.Look, Iâm not asking for anything wild â just the fresh food I actually ordered. Iâve worked in fast food myself, and making something fresh was never a hassle, especially when the customer specifically requested it.Pretty disappointing experience overall. I still like the South Melbourne store, but after this⌠yeah, not overly impressed.
