Hardline attitudes that have no place in our present COVID-19 struggling world!
I originally subscribed to this company, in order to use their website (monthly subscription) but, due to health issues and inability to find time to make use of their website, I finally had to discontinue subscription, never having made use of it. I approached them, asking them if they would consider giving me a credit note for three months of subscription, without actually using their services (in total a waste of USD 75). Being a pensioner, I can't really just pour that kind of money down the drain. I could then join again,when things improved and make use of past payments. I received a categorical no! I asked again, same reply. In these times of struggling people everywhere, this kind of hardline attitude has no place to exist! I am quite disgusted!
