What a great experience with Leaf. We were experiencing real problems with hard water from our well. Lots of discoloration on sinks and showers and just uncomfortable water residues on skin. Leaf came out, explained the program, got in installed in one day. Our water has completely changed for the better and the stains in tubs as sinks are disappearing. Hair and skin much better and taste is better also. Very professional install, white glove all the way. So happy we found you. Kevin H. Chapel Hill, NC

Had a sales person come out to quote a unit for my 1700 sf home. Guy was polite and professional seemed to know his job and water. Price started at $7700 told him I had quotes and he was the highest so far. He acted around and lowered cost to $5500. Ask for a signature today and I told him I was giving all places till Tuesday to come in on prices. He says hold on and calls his so called boss talking to him he starts saying that he wants to give me a today only price. I told him to watch out what he is doing but he continued. Quoted me $4250 today only deal and I told him he was done gather his stuff up I was pissed off over that high pressure tactic. He left gave me a quote of $5000 anytime quote. I don't like high pressure tactics and will not do business with anyone who uses them.
Alex Carrazlo the installer of the system was prompt and very courteous. He removed the old salt system and installed the new two container system in 90 minutes. The entire process couldn't have been better.
The worst customer service in the world. I had an appointment on Monday. Cancelled without notice. Then I was given another appointment on Tuesday. And again, cancelled without notice. Things are not as Mr. Smith Tommy described (407)xxxx073
Where do I even start?When the sales representative came out to give me an estimate, we agreed on exactly where the new system would be installed. I was also told they would help remove my old system. However, when the plumber arrived for installation, he said they do not remove old systems and that I would need to help him. It turned into a complete mess.On top of that, the system couldn’t be installed where I originally wanted because the brine chemicals couldn’t be moved at the time. We didn’t want to risk getting hurt, so the installation was delayed. It then took another 3–4 months for them to return and reinstall the system in the proper location — after I personally handled removing the brine myself.When they finally came back, they failed to properly reset and regenerate the system. Now my water smells like sulfur with a strong rotten egg odor. The smell is throughout my entire house. My sinks, tubs, and toilets are stained and damaged, and my dishwasher has been ruined because the system was not started correctly.After waiting another two months, they came back to regenerate it, but now I’m being told it could take 7–15 days — possibly up to 20 days — for the sulfur smell to leave my home.The lack of communication, delays, poor installation, and customer service have been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company. My experience has been disappointing from start to finish.
We bought our system back in 2023. We had high chlorine and very hard water. My wife was having issues with her hair and skin. My son was having eczema flair ups. Once we had our system installed, their issues resolved and we now have clean water to drink and bathe in. We have had our annual service done every year and it is working great. Leaf Home stands behind their products and services.

My installer Wyatt from the Indiana office was incredible. He drove 4 hours to install my system do to a schedule mishap in my local market. His work was incredible… clean organized water lines and drainage lines. I’m talking a real professional job well done. A complete gentleman to top it off! He then turn back around to drive 4 hours home to complete 2 more jobs the following day.
I just had a Leaf Home water softener installed by Leaf Home Water Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, from the initial free consultation, to finish.I was bracing myself for a long evening of construction, but Bobby K. was so efficient that he had the entire system hooked up and running in just over an hour.It’s rare to find that combination of speed and high-quality craftsmanship. He kept the workspace clean, explained everything clearly on what to do if I were to ever lose power; Nothing! Because it will turn itself back on! How much Crushed Salt I need to add and how often. He also explained that my particular system will clean itself every 14 days. I only need to add some salt every so often. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this team.

In several occasions that I requested a technical service and the the technician Miguel Morales visited my home he was very courteous, respectful, professional, friendly and knowledgably. When he returned in subsequent visits he never failed to tackle the problem heads-on while explaining to me what the problem was. How to avoid future problems and to not hesitate to call Customer Service when the situation was needed. I would recommend technician Miguel Morales to anyone under contract with Leaf Home water Solutions. He is one of the best I have dealt with.
Salesman was great. Alex the installer was very informative. He cleaned up after he was done. He was very professional.
The install was pretty good. The tech who did the install was a nice guy, he cleaned up his mess, gave me a few pointers, but when he was about to leave he revealed to me there was an issue with the controllers. Said it wasn’t a big deal and somebody would come from Leaf/distributor to have a look at a program or programming issue, it would be taken care of, and that they would call me to set up a time. They being leaf or maybe a distributor for leaf, not sure. The install tech was a contractor with leaf or the distributor, again not sure about that. I waited a couple days and never received a call from them. The system quit working and so I called them. They sent their own tech to have a look. He was pretty young but seemed to know what he was talking about. He went under the house to see the units and came back out after a few minutes and told me the issue was resolved and the softener/filter system was working fine. He left but his fix only lasted about a day and a half and it quit working again. I did this two more times with them but had to call them each time. There was no follow up from them. A system that cost what I was going to pay should come with some follow-up. It was expensive for what I got. I should probably mention also that when the sales rep came out to test my water and sell me a system I remember thinking this guy is just like a car salesman. Turned out that’s what he did before taking a sales job with this company. He would give a price and I would refuse it, he would say let me call my manager just like at a car dealership, no kidding. This happened atleast 4 or 5 times. To get a price that I could deal with he had stripped off several options to drop the price so in reality I didn’t really get a better price. I traded system features for dollars is all. I was still gonna pay more than I wanted but I was thinking about service . I wanted good service because I traveled a lot for work and didn’t want toworry about that. Anyway, their tech came by a couple times and both times he said it was fine and running when he left. It’s basically never worked for more than a few days. I quit calling them becasue they wouldn’t respond or if they did respond they would tell me a tech would be out. He would call before coming. He never called. I finally told them I wasn’t making payments on somethin that wasn’t working properly from day one. They said hey would place a lein on my house if I didn’t pay. I haven’t paid a dime on it and it hasn’t worked since the tech left the last time. A $7500 paper weight is what I got. It has never worked and they never really tried to make me happy or even attempt to find the real issue. The installer said it was program or programming related but the techs that came out never spent more then 5 minutes under the house to fix the system. Not once. Each time it was quick and they were gone. No mentioning of any program or programming issues even though I relaid to them what the installer told me. It was a terrible experience for me, my well is still the same as it was before they installed this system under my house, and there’s a finance company out there that wants to get paid. I have never recieved another call from them to try and make things right. They didn’t care, they really didn’t. I never had a conversation with anyone from there that seemed to care that I was sold a system that didn’t work. Not one time. All I got from them was what they said when they said a tech was coming. No “ I’m terribly sorry your having issues”, or “sorry to hear that, we’ll get someone out there right away to get your system up and running”, none of that, No apologies or niceties. We will send a tech and he will call before he comes out” is what I got. The whole thing was a mistake and I wish I had never called them. I should have purchased a system from Amazon that does the same things for 1/3 the price and installed it myself. I am a tech by the way. I am in industrial maintenance now but was in a traveling technician position for many years working on and installing automated machinery across Canada, the US and down through South and Central America. So I know how to fix somethjng when it’s not working but this system never worked from the start and I wasn’t about to fix it myself because of the price I was gojng to pay for it and just on shear principle. Their system, their responsibility to make sure it’s working and the customer is happy. They fell far short of that. I don’t recommend doing business with them or any entity associated with them. I’ve read reviews that were good and some that were bad. To me it’s not worth the risk. I don’t want to worry about which one I’m gonna get. Who does? Steer clear is probably best. I would not do business with them again. Date of experience was about 2 years ago so it’s been more than a year. I want to keep this in front of people so it’s not an issue for someone else. Thanks.
Our Tech was Mike B., he arrived early and he was very knowledgeable of the system. He walked my husband through step-by-step what he did. Very Nice Guy.
The company you are dealing very expensive, also they expect you know everything, about it , also give you 3 days to know if you want it or not , should be 30 days trials , for this price we are paying for , . I wouldn't recommend this company, somebody was very rude, when I tried to cancel this contract,
