Low Quality and Not Cost Effective
I hired this company to do a gut renovation project based on their promises of streamlined, timely, quality service. The actual job went 3-4 times longer than was promised and involved a massive amount of errors, resulting in later failed electrical, plumbing, you name it. Getting Knockout to honor their warranty was a hit or miss process with their staff ghosting us for upwards of 75 days. They have a pretty showroom but that's it. It's a superficial packaging - like fake gold color on nickel jewelry - that covers shoddy services. One of their biggest issues is they don't have their own craftspeople; they contract out and often appear to go only for the cheapest available, probably to max their bottom line, which leaves the consumer with a raw deal.
