Bad customer service on missing food- no compensation
if there was less than one star I would put it! I ordered last night for Iftar- it came with two main items missing ( half a chicken and a salad) I inistantly write back thinking they might get them to deliver them, I receive a response early morning from JustEat they see no reason to issue a refund or compensation. I write back saying my missing items are worth £18.28- I receive a response I will be compnsated £4.49 for the missing items! are they joking

Swapping to UBEREATS paid for something didn't get it. Just eat refused refund
Yesterday I spent just under £40 on food. I ordered at around 17:00, I was told the estimated delivery time was 17:50. It got to around 17:55 and the food didn't show. My young kids were getting very frustrated as they were waiting and I was getting frustrated due to this. It turned up at 18:20. 5-10 minutes late is expected but 30 minutes is a joke. Anyway the food was cold, specific issues was the chips were soggy, one of the pizzas didn't have the pineapple I paid for. So I put in a request for a refund on the website. I wasn't expecting a full refund. More so at the very least the pineapple refunded as I didn't get it so that was stolen money, and as compensation the pizza wasn't prepared as I requested so that should have been refunded along with the chips. I received a message from just eat saying they can't do nothing on this occasion which is absolutely crazy that they didn't even have the shame to refund the £2.50 for the pineapple at the least. Will definitely be changing over to Ubereats going forward.

Just deleted the JustEat app. Reviews of restaurants/takeaways in my area no longer available to the public. Everything in my area in now magically 4-5* when they weren't previously. No access to hygiene ratings anymore. If I can't have the right information, then I'm not ordering though you. Sort it out JustEast

Wrong food of a lesser value delivered. Clear photographic evidence supplied and refund refused. I wanted the difference in value, not a whole order refund. Refused by Just Eat, no reason given. Awful customer service.

Very disappointing experience with Just Eat customer service. My order arrived cold to the point the food wasn’t really edible, and the milkshakes were delivered with no straws so they couldn’t be properly used. When I contacted support, they repeatedly avoided the main issue and instead focused on unrelated points. I also asked for the complaint to be escalated to a supervisor or team leader, but this request was ignored. The responses felt dismissive and the issue was never properly reviewed. Customer service should focus on resolving problems rather than trying to find reasons to dismiss them.

I ordered a takeaway through the Just Eat app, but unfortunately the restaurant delivered the wrong food. I called them straight away to let them know, and they apologised but said they had no drivers available to bring the correct order.I then contacted Just Eat customer service, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. The order I received was a lamb doner instead of the chicken I had ordered. I do not eat lamb, so the meal was completely wasted.This was very disappointing service, and because of how the situation was handled, I will be deleting the Just Eat app and will not be ordering from them again.

I wouldn’t give Just Eat 1 star if…
I wouldn’t give Just Eat 1 star if there was such an option. They hire some unreliable drivers who don’t know the area they’re delivering to or drivers decide to keep the food for themselves. I’m not giving them anymore business, ordered food costing £33 only for the driver not to bother turning up, they’re not worth using, please hire decent honest reliable drivers who have at least some knowledge of where they’re going.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They operate with mo regard to their customers. Dreadful system. I placed an order with them for our local KFC in Weston Super Mare. At first the delivery time was approx 30 mins. An hour later they cancelled my order with no explanation. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T KEEP TO THE TIME LINES AND BREAK THE RULES ALL THE TIME. ie :- I’ve had a driver ring me to ask where I am! His sat-nav sent him to the wrong side of town. So by the time it was finally delivered it’s stone cold and uneatable. There’s no recourse to get any answers from just eat.

THIEVES! Would rate 0 if I could. Food was delivered 20 minutes late (1 hour 45 mins after I ordered!) so I went elsewhere. When it was delivered it was too late - I told the delivery driver this and didn't accept delivery. I contacted JustEat for a refund and they fobbed me off, asked to speak to a manager multiple times who kept sending me the same reply not explaining why I could not have a refund. They kept my money, and I got nothing in return.

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered £65 of kfc and the driver delivered the totally wrong order. Literally gave us someone elses bag. Sent all the proof pictures including the pics of what we received and they refused to offer compensation or a refund. Not even a quid. Also noticed that the phone number of the customer was on the bag so not only are they sending the wrong food but they are also giving our number out to random strangers. Somebody say breach of privacy and leaking private details. This is absolutely disgusting. And to top it off you can't even speak to someone just an ai robot asking stupid questions and not listening to facts. Most disgusting company in the UK

Extremely bad service, I made an order and booked a specific time slot, the order kept getting delayed and delayed with no explanation - I call the restaurant and find out they’re waiting for the driver that just never showed up. My order was eventually an HOUR late to the time I had asked for it to be scheduled. My family and I were fasting so were relying on this to be the meal we break our fast with which we obviously weren’t able to do. The worst part was when I contacted Just Eat to complain about this matter and explained the particulars I got dismissed and was told they looked into the matter but nothing they could do?? How can this be? You are the company and have full control over rectifying situations or at least compensating customers for their inconvenience. The whole order got wasted because we had all ate by then so was a complete waste of money. Was extremely disappointed with Just Eats customer service and response - it clearly shows they operate at a low quality level and I can tell by their rating here they have no intention of improving.

I will never use just eat again. They have taken over £350 for orders I've never received. You can't speak to anyone and all their phone numbers are no longer in use and no matter how many phone calls you make you can't speak to anyone. Even ai can't help. APPALLING SERVICE
