I received my light with a small crack, so I reached out to their customer service. They responded quickly and were really friendly about it. They sent me a replacement and the new one arrived in perfect condition. Things happen, but the way they handled it made me feel really taken care of as a customer. Really satisfied with the service.

The customization service was great, I really liked the chandelier but the chandelier shade was clear and I wanted a smoky grey shade, luckily it could be customized. For a little extra money, you can customize the style you want the most.

I recently bought a wall sconce from Josenart. I didn’t have to wait too long to receive this wall sconce. Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenert's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce. Both the buying experience and the customer service responses are terrific. I placed an order for a marble table lamp, My friends thought the table lamp was exquisite and luxurious. From placing the order to signing for the products, it took roughly two weeks. If we could receive it more quickly, that would be much better.
