AVOID. Awful customer service
I tried the hairdryer in Selfridges and I decided to purchase it through the website asi needed it for a wedding and my holiday. The delivery driver left the parcel outside the house and it was stolen. I have tried to get a refund or replacement from the customer service over a week ago. I wanted to do my own hair for the wedding I was going to . I ended up paying for a hairdresser and I'm now in holiday without the hairdryer I wanted and I'm still waiting for my money.
