Jenson was great
Jenson was great. Competitive price for some niche components, & quick shipping (2 separate parts came from opposite sides of the country and made it to my house in Colorado within two hours of each other!) Had never heard of "On-Trac" logistics, but they seemed properly integrated with the USPS as the products approached delivery to my home. Thanks. Email updates are great for shopping sale stuff. Terrible customer service
I ordered shoes on 2/8/26. On 2/13/26 the order tracking showed "incorrectly routed". I waited several days and this did not update. That's when I first reached out to Jenson support on 2/18/26 with no response. I reached out to Jenson support again on 2/23/26, once again with no response. On 2/24/26 I got an email saying the package was undeliverable and to reach out to Jenson support. I still have not had a response from either of my emails to Jenson support so that's a bummer.This site has some good deals and usual does fine. But apparently if you have any issues that require contacting them you can get bent.

Couldn't be happier with my recent puchase of some S-Works Torch road shoes from Jenson. As usual, the ordering process was smooth, shipping was quick, and the shoes arrived well packaged. The shoes themselves are a gamechanger after an initial break-in period. They're super stiff and light, and Jenson carried the wide fit I needed. Great product at the industry price.

A safe plan B?!
The prices really are the cheapest around...and I hate buying from huge companies that undercut local bike shops, but the shops in my area just have prices my budget cant handle... Try to support your local shops guys, but if you just cant, the prices are good, shipping is FAST, returns are easy, and customer service is always great, so if you go online these ladies and gents have it dialed...

Great shipping process
I live abroad and use a shipping locker, i usually have tons of shipping process issues not because its complicated but because USPS makes it horrible and other companies, i don't really remember the name of the one handling Jenson's shipping but great guys, always on time!

Jenson seems to always have parts. They have good bikes too. I have got a bike and tons of parts from them. I've been shopping with them for about 25 years now, no kidding. Always good prices and good help.
