I wish I had thought to check reviews before using them. We got the run around from the start on our rental that they were combining with another company and couldn’t get us info we needed so we already had red flags up. We decided to use them anyway because most of Reunion was booked up and we have had such great experiences there, with another company of course. There was no water pressure from day 1 so we spent 5 days trying to address that issue. Maintenance comes out and says we need a new shower head but never brings one. From that day on there was freezing cold water only. Spent the next 3 days begging them to fix that which they finally do 2 days before we are leaving. Every single phone call was a joke, asked for manager to call back, never happened. Supposed to get a call back for a refund, well it’s been 5 days and still waiting on those phone calls. Never again!

Deeply Disappointed – Poor Maintenance, No Accountability, and Retaliatory Behavior
I booked a villa through ExclusivePrivateVillas.com, expecting a luxury experience. What I got instead was an unsafe, poorly maintained home managed by Jeeves Florida Rentals—a company I was never informed would be involved until problems began.From day one, we reported multiple serious issues:Broken air conditioning in the middle of Florida summer heatNo hot water in one of the bedroomsA loose brick by the pool that caused someone to slipBypassed pool alarm, despite Florida law requiring it due to no pool fenceDespite several calls and multiple visits by property managers, nothing was fixed. They entered the home, said nothing, and left. The property clearly wasn’t ready for guests.After we checked out, I requested a partial refund for the clear lack of service and safety. Instead of an apology or resolution, I was accused—the very next day—of drug use based on a photo of a bong found in the home. No timestamp, no proof of use, no mention during our stay. I was even threatened with police involvement over something no one saw or discussed while we were there.This felt retaliatory and entirely unprofessional.They have since issued a $350 damage charge, yet still haven’t acknowledged the issues we experienced. Meanwhile, they continue to dismiss my questions and concerns.What makes this worse is that Jeeves has a poor track record publicly, which I only discovered afterward. Had I known they were managing the property, I never would’ve booked.This was not a luxury experience—it was hostile, negligent, and discriminatory. I do not recommend booking with ExclusivePrivateVillas or any property managed by Jeeves Florida Rentals.

Jeeves Florida Rentals management team is horrible with a lack of accountability which speaks of there lack of integrity. They believed that because they misrepresented Jeeves by not providing us with a cleaned property that our family rented within the Reunion Resort they did us a favor. The first property 941 Golden Bear Drive a total mess! Filthy! The second property was better but was infested with insects in various places in the home in particular the kitchen area and various bedrooms and shower. Beware of misrepresentation and the lack of accountability. Lack of INTEGRITY

Villa rental
We rented a villa and unfortunately one of our party left an envelope with over £700 in the villa when we contacted them they did not want to go and collect the money or contact us regarding this matter and after 3 days they told us the money was not there even though the only people who had been in the villa were their own staff

DO NOT BOOK WITH JEEVES
We spent considerable time picking the best villa for our holiday and thought we had somewhere perfect...However, 12 hours before we were due to leave for the airport we were informed that the villa had sustained storm damage and our reservation was cancelled. Due to the time difference it was not possible to contact the Jeeves office to arrange other accomodation. It was very last minute before flying that we got confirmation of another suitable property.On arrival the villa was initially lovely until issues started to arise. Firstly there was no batteries in any of the TV remotes; the pool lights didn't work and with two toddler age children this was potentially dangerous; no pool heat for the first few days despite it being paid for; when the pool heat was sorted it was then too hot to even go near and was again unsafe for our children and took a further 2 days to sort and then was only topped up with cold water; we found a cockroach in the coffee machine; the washing machine wasn't washing clothes, to name a few problems.On our last day we paid $158 for a late check out and have been charged twice for this with no explanation and no sign of a refund. Absolutely abysmal customer service. The expense for phone calls to their office has amounted to a small fortune and we're no further forward.After holidaying in Florida for over 20 years we have never had to deal with anything like this and will not book with Jeeves again and would not recommend anyone to book with them.

7/13/20 we checked in. Garage door didnt work (never fixed). Upstairs dryer didnt work (fixed the same night). Grill didnt work and the one they bought in place of it didnt work (never worked). They charged extra for a heated jacuzzi which wasnt stated. Minimum towels given you have to wash daily. One of the kitchen table chair was broken upon arrival and the carpet was nasty. It had spots everywhere. 7/18 i took a nap during the day and a family member came in playing to wake me up and the bed had 3 bed bugs in it biting me in my sleep. I called them immeditely. They sent a pest control company out to inspect only and not spray. The bugs were killed and there waiting for the pest control person to see. He saw the bugs and found more alive bugs upstairs and downstairs in two rooms but stated that he was only there to inspect. I called and asked for a manager. On 7/19 a manager called me and stated that the pest control person didnt see any bed bugs. I was livid at this moment and ask for another one to be sent out and i also could pay for my own. You dont lie and inconvenience peope lives and rent out properties that arent safe to sleep and knowingly do so. No pest person has showed up as of yet. This company is causing peole inconveniences by being untruthful and alot of homes to be possibly affected by their incompetence. This is how you treat people whom paid $8879.13 for a week??????

Be very careful!
On the whole we had a great holiday but the villa was a little shabby around the edges.Could do with a freshen up. What ruined the holiday though was that they tried to bill us for damage that was already there.Be very careful and don’t assume if there is damage already there they are aware of it.Wouldn’t return to a property via this company.
