Genuinely the worst customer service ever. I email them because I lost the hardware for my dog door and wanted to purchase another one. They kept insisting I could not get it for free. I confirmed once again in a detailed email that I don’t need it for free, I just want to purchase whatever I’m missing. They were completely sarcastic back? And said “if there’s any mystery call us”. There’s no mystery? What?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will NOT respond to calls or emails NOR will they make good on their mistakes. I ordered a flap for existing dog door. In the message section I clearly stated that I only wanted the flap. They shipped me only a plastic frame and will not correct their mistake. They want customers to pay shipping both ways and don’t care if mistake on them. Take a look at all the reviews for this company. There are other competitors that sell doggie doors that won’t rip you off. BUYER BEWARE!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. Lousy, abysmal customer service. The flap on the dog door didn't come all the way down to the bottom of the frame, leaving a gap of about 1/2", and the response I received was to send photos via the help e-mail address- I did - "Janice" didn't get them so said I had to send them another way. I asked if I could text - no, sorry. I asked how she wanted me to send them. Said she was getting off at 4 for the day and would get back to me. Nothing. Contacted her again. No response. I contacted the CEO on LinkedIn - no response. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. Bad quality, frame juts up and scares my dogs, they're wildly overpriced, I'm out almost $100 and they simply don't give a crap.
Confused by poor website I called for help. Very nice gentleman helped. Company called back several days later to confirm my order. When received the order was not complete. I was told that I obviously didn't order what I needed. They would gladly sell me the rest and charge for redundant shipping.The products here are great, but the operations of the company leave a lot to be desired.
never use this company ,i thought i was getting replacement flaps for dog door they sent wrong item , blamed me so i am out shipping 9.22 plus shipping 15.47 thats 25 dollars on original 67 dollar purshase i loose , they were not nice on phone not willing to do anything for me , bad service just saying .
