Ordered 7211CGA twice
Ordered 7211CGA twice, but the dot laser on both unit was out of plumb. However, Carina resolved the issue by providing full refund while allowing to keep the faulty unit. Communication was a bit slow and confusing, but always received a sincere response.

After a year of using my laser it randomly stopped leveling. The company I work for also starting using Huepar lasers (as a cheaper alternative to stabila) and mine was the first problem we have ever had. I got in touch with customer support and within 2 emails I had another lasers coming for free. It was quite literally the easiest and most painless experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Definitely worth every penny. I loved stabila lasers but Hupars products do just as much, just as well, and are a 3rd of the price. Definitely recommend

Warranty replacement
I had a fault develop on a laser level 13 months after purchase via Amazon. Huepar offered a replacement under their 2 year warranty scheme without quibble or delay.

Very happy with the customer service I received with Huepar. I had a fault with my laser and I had helpful feedback straight away and the situation quickly resolved even though my unit was out of warranty. I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Huepar.
After purchasing one of their laser levels, I experienced a technical issue. I contacted support and was assisted by a representative named Joan Wu.
The response time was very fast, and the entire interaction was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. They quickly evaluated the situation and offered to send me a new replacement unit (model B03CG) without complications.
What impressed me most was how smooth and respectful the process was. Clear communication and a genuine willingness to solve the problem made all the difference.
It’s reassuring to know the company stands behind its products with strong after-sales support. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend Huepar.

5 year warranty? No even 1 week warranty!! Broken when arrived
5 year warranty? What warranty?
Purchased October 2025, had issues from the off. The magnetic rise fall stand was broken, and the laser keeps spinning round in circles on its own continuously. customer service who said to wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Did that and have exactly the same issues. Doesn’t always level correctly, so can’t trust it with out getting a spirit level out (kind of defects the object of a self levelling laser). And keeps randomly spinning in circles without any controls being touched. Their customer services is so slow and not helpful. The 5 year warranty says if faulty in the first year the they’ll send out a new replacement. That it not the case so far and we have had to buy another brand other laser as don’t know when this is going to get sorted with Huepar. The fact that the stand was broken out of the box and there not even sorting that sums up the level of service.
Hopefully they get this resolved quickly with a replacement as there warranty suggests. The warranty is even meant to cover accidental on accessories though they clearly don’t care about customers.
Edit:
Customer services contacted straight away once this review was posted and offered a new replacement. Shouldn’t have to do this to get them to respond appropriately.

Extremely helpful to my problem with a battery not taking a charge, even though the Laser Level is 2 years out of warranty Huepar replaced with a new battery FREE of CHARGE, I only wanted to know if I could kickstart the battery to take a charge. Now that's what I call customer service.

Good customer service and well designed products
Had an issue with a laser level I had previously dropped, customer service provided helpful instructions on how to recalibrate the unit. Whilst the adjustment screw was unfortunately seized and ended up getting stripped, the calibration principles were straight forward and explained clearly enough that I was able to use a piece of tape to add the weight needed to correct the balance of the pendulum to within tolerance. I was assured the seized adjustment screw was likely an isolated case and was offered an additional 10% discount on top of the on-sale price for a newer unit. I was pleased to find that the newer unit I bought (ZK04CG, which replaced my older S04CG) had improved design features and better ergonomics for both the laser level unit itself and the adjustable mount.

Dropped laser was easily repaired
I dropped my laser at work from about 7 feet and it stopped working. I took it home, opened it up, and realized that the buttons had broken off of the circuit board. Hoping that’s all I needed to repair the laser, I contacted the Huepar team. I sent a email explaining that I did not have the original invoice, but believed that all I needed was a replacement circuit board I’m pretty sure that I dealt exclusively with Carina Xu. She was quick to respond to my email, and sent me a link to an order form for the part that I needed. She made the process extremely simple, and in a matter of minutes, I have my new part ordered. The part came in quicker than I had expected, and although I had a bit of delicate surgery to perform on the old and new circuit board, it’s back up and running, and I couldn’t be happier.
