Deceptive advertising and cancelation fees
They are part of priceline and advertise that there is no cancelation fee on thier web site unless the hotel charges one. Hotel we booked does not have a cancelation fee if done in appropiate time. Cannot modify the reservation so the only option is to cancel the reservation and make a new one. They will charge a minimum of $25.00 to cancel the reservation. This is unacceptable business practice.
