Booked hotel and car parking for Gatwick Airport via this company. Stayed one night at the Holiday Inn which is a 5 minute shuttle bus journey from the Airport. Plus 11 days parking on site. Cost £144. Excellent service. The shuttle bus stops outside the hotel and runs every 20 mins. The Holiday Inn is clean and tidy with a good restaurant and bar area. I was surprised how good the service was.
I phoned Hotels24Seven this morning having made a silly error when making my hotel and parking booking last night. I spoke to Casey who said he would see what he could do. Casey phoned me this afternoon having satisfactorily resolved the error. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful so many thanks to Casey and to Hotels24Seven. I’ll definitely use you again.
