DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION - they are dishonest
I don't believe these organisation even deserves a one star.....Whatever you do DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ORGANISATION.THEY have a website and address is at MACKAY ST, WINDSOR. QLD 4030 - this IS VERY DODGEY, physically went there thinking from the pictures on website that you can actually go in, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. no one takes any notice of you at the front garden GATE, they don't answer their phones, you have to either use an email address or WHATS APP, WHICH makes me suspicious that in fact this company actually operates out of another country.THEY are very quick to take your money & almost pressure you to do cardless cash, even though they say on their site they offer PAYPAL, they in fact DO NOT.....Once I trusted them gave them my money, then they wanted me to pay another $250 for delivery, they play the role that delivery is nothing to do with them, but it is all obviously the same people. they originally quoted $20 extra for delivery, but as I did not have a script, when it came to delivery, they wanted another $250 on the $390 I had already handed over. In the interim of all this, they never once disclosed the extra $250 for delivery. Bottom line I did not have an extra $250 to pay for the supposed delivery. I requested a refund & was told it would take 3 days. 3 days being Sunday just gone 27th, Aug. I have been trying to make contact via phone, text message & email and not once has this organisation bothered to reply to my messages.So after being told that my money would be refunded, continual calls/texts, they finally responded last night with some story about doing an illegal transaction & they are involve with law enforcement. when i originally contacted this mob they asked if I had a prescription from a doctor & I said no. Then replied HOWEVER IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SCRIPT, WE CAN MAKE A DISCRETE DELIVERY WHICH WILL HAVE THE ORDER DELIVERED TO YOU. WE CHARGE $20 FOR DELIVERY. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GUT BUT DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH THIS. ONCE I PAID THEM $390, THEN SOME DELIVERY MOB WANT ANOTHER $250 OFF ME TO DELIVER. I REFUSED AS I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS, OR RATHER DID NOT HAVE THAT EXTRA $250. I ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IT WAS AGREED & MY REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN IN 3 DAYS. DONT DEAL WITH THIS MOB YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE & RIPPED OFF
