Accurate detailed description on website to facilitate an educated comparison and decision. We would like to know the light spread for each light. That is, considering the ceiling heights, does the light project a small focus like a spotlight? or a broad spread to light a larger area. That tells us how to space the lights on the ceiling to obtain complete lighting coverage on the floor.
Ordered a four pack and two individual lights and only received the two lights. The label for the rest said label created and never progressed. After contacting them several times after almost two weeks they’re finally sending replacements and have to wait another week to get my lights. It doesn’t take a genius to know if the label is created and never left the warehouse that it was never sent out. They just kept telling me it may be lost in transit when it never even left and took two weeks to get them to correct the problem.
I purchased a color‑changing light for my son's bedroom and two bright white LEDs for my garage, and they are absolutely amazing. They’re lightweight, super bright, and incredibly easy to install. The item never shipped. I was charged and have not received the product nor have I received an update. If I do not receive the items in the next four business days, I want to cancel the order for a full refund. I have attempted to contact the company via email and phone call and nothing

Love the mirror, we bought the biggest size they have. The mirror works great, I only wish the mirror was slightly longer. The light and defogger are great tools to have

Super easy to install and very bright.. plus they give you spare parts incase something wears or breaks… only reason for not a 5 star is I would say the shipping does take a bit.. you place a order and it takes a few days before it even ships out.. but I also know that is a good problem for the company because that means high demand! Like I said.. product is very nice!
We placed an order and it didn’t ship within a timely manner so we canceled the order and they turned around and shipped the order anyway, and now we are struggling wirh the company to return the items that haven’t even been opened. The customer service rep suggested we refuse the delivery which we did and then the delivery service turned around and delivered seven of the 9 boxes the next day. We have reached out to this company, no less than five times to get a shipping label so we could return the items. They keep putting us off. At first, they said they would do it, then they came back and said well, we have to charge you a 5% stocking fee, fine, then they came back a third time and said that we have to pay for shipping. Fine, send me the shipping label so I can return the boxes. We are going on week third of this and still have not received a shipping label. Robert has not been helpful at all. I would not Recommend Ordering from this company.

Hi i ordered 2 set of lights. I recieved one set and not the other. The other set of lights say "label created" and thats all. Its been almost 2 weeks and i contected hypelite and they do respond but not very helpful. A little upset at this point.
Ordered these lights for my detailing stupid. I actually typed “who makes the best hexagon lighting” into ChatGPT and they suggested this brand. I ordered them and was super impressed by how easy they were to install. It was harder to peel off the protective film than to actually install the lights. They’re super bright and look so good. Only thing I was sad about was they sent a ton of t brackets but not a lot of l brackets. So I ended up having to use t’s when I only needed an l. Not the end of the world. I am so happy with this purchase. Amazing product guys. Thank you.

good product as always. this one could use a little more room for wiring inside the fixture. Shipping time was fine. could have been a little faster but it was pretty good. I was surprised it came in an Amazon box. Overall good experience. I was glad to be able to get a specific light that is not available directly from Amazon. Thanks
Asking for mounting options on hex lighting going on t grid ceiling. It can’t be cable hung so I asked for another option and no response
1 week after I bought the lights , they went on sale for over $20 less and another 9% discount. When I emailed them about the difference they don't respond. Pretty shady if you ask me.
Easy to build, and very bright. Just what we were looking for. And you cant beat the price!!
Struggled with putting in anchors and then the light but made it work. After putting up the first few hexagons all as 1 piece, I moved to putting up by each rod and that went easier. Some of the rods were hard to get in the corner pieces. Love how they look in the end and after getting help from a second person it went a lot easier.
I understood that the Gooseneck exterior lights were both photocell and motion activated. There appears to be no motion sensor which is a major disappointment. Perhaps I missed something? Otherwise lights are attractive, provide good light. Wattage and CCT options are nice to have.Thanks for the prompt reply. Clearly my mistake regarding the motion detector. I would definitely like to add a motion detector to the fixture if available. So yes, appreciate if you’d check with your engineers and let me know the best way to communicate directly with you.Thanks
