I've worked with Hatloe's before with carpet and granite. I love their personal attention and their great quality.When it came to recarpeting my whole house, of course I went to Hatloe's and Scott was my personal assistant.Their occasional installer came out and installed the carpet. He was doing a great job but on the day he did the stairs I was at work. He did the stairs how he wanted them. Not how I wanted them. I called Scott and let him know. He came out and looked and Hatloe's made it right!I'm so glad I chose Hatloe's!Thank you Hatloe's for your excellent service.Nancy Ball

The installers were detailed and made sure the job was done to our expectations. We would recommend Hatloes for any home improvements.

We are happy we picked Hatloes
Our project started out with bidding. That was just the beginning. One part of this project led to many other issues . It was becoming very overwhelming. We had Hatloes come out and the representative they sent was Scott Gregerson. Scott listened to our concerns. This is really a homeowner's nightmare in logistics and cost. I can say that Scott heard that and he took the time to guide us through the project and what to expect. We met with the installers, they were great. We chose our product. Our installer did a great job. We opted to have our fireplace redone also. Jason and Steve did a wonderful job. Everyone who has seen our finished project have been impressed. We love it. We are happy we picked Hatloes

A Very Good Experience.
We had a very nice experience working with Lisa Parkinson at Hatloe’s. She was very helpful in choosing our carpet and we did not feel pressured or like we’re were being upsold product. The installers were also top notch and very professional. We are very pleased with the overall experience at Hatloe’s.

Karla was delightful to work with, she was friendly, knowledgeable, has a great eye for design details and she listened to us and what we liked. Karla helped us update our bathroom and got it done before our guests arrived! The installers were efficient, professional and friendly. Karla also helped us select new carpet for the living room to be installed soon. Hatloes has lots of quality samples from which to choose.

I had an excellent experience! My home has very large, custom-sized windows, and I was worried about finding a company that could accommodate the unique sizing and still deliver quality work. From the start, their team was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and they delivered perfectly. The installation was done with great precision- everything fits seamlessly, and the craftsmanship really shows. I appreciate how detail-oriented they were, making sure every measurement was exact and the finish was clean and secure. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

Great service/Great products
The entire process of choosing the flooring (and an appropriate paint color) was great! Scott Gregerson was so helpful! We took home samples and found the best flooring for our needs, and they helped select a paint color that looks fabulous in the room!Jeff Baron is the in-house carpet installer. He arrived right on time, and did a fabulous installation, including inside 3 closets: one that had a water heater and another had a furnace. It all looks amazing! We couldn't be happier!!! We will always choose Hatloes for our flooring needs! Five stars!!!

From the time we walked into the store and met with Scott to the install, it was nothing but a positive, very positive experience. Scott presented us with flooring options and helped us with our decisions. He made it easy. Scheduling the install was smooth and convenient. Jason, the installer, was friendly and did a great job. We enjoyed interacting with him during the job.

New vinyl flooring for basement remodel
I chose to get my basement vinyl flooring through Hatloes because my friend, Scott Gregerson, worked there and I know him to be very honest and trustworthy. He helped me find good products on sale in my price point. He also provided me with the manufacturers' website tools that allowed me to use my own pictures and put the flooring products into them so I could envision what the final product would look like. This was very helpful in selecting the right pattern and color.Hatloes hired Jeff Baron to do the flooring installation which turned out great and took just two days. During the initial walk-through, I showed Scott and Jeff some concerns I had about moisture intrusion and mold. Scott recommended Jeff Davis Construction to waterproof the basement wall and construct a new insulated wall. Jeff Davis did a fine job giving me confidence that I won't be having mold issues in the future.The end product is a newly revived basement area that looks beautiful and is much more useful. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism exhibited by Scott and the two contractors.

Hatloes Review FALL 2023 TO: Scott, Jeff and the rest of the Hatloes Team! Wow...where do I start. Scott, our sales representative, has been so supportive and responsive during our multi-month remodeling project. We cannot thank him enough for his patience and guidance on our flooring and countertops. Restoring our mid-century home in Everett has been our goal for nearly 20 years, and Scott and Jeff absolutely nailed it! Our LVP flooring turned out INCREDIBLE! The meticulous care and respect that Jeff took for our home was amazing. With over 1600 square feet, using LVP, carpet, new trim, and tile entries, Jeff installed the entire project PERFECTLY! Scott was instrumental in guiding us through the countertop process. Knowing we wanted Quartz was easy – finding the one that is the perfect match for our kitchen is where Scott’s expertise was so valuable! Again, sorry for being a broken record, but they ALSO turned out PERFECT! It is without any reservation that I recommend Scott and Jeff, and the entire Hatloes team, to support and guide any prospective client through what is a challenging, BUT VERY REWARDING, process.
